Its nearest of highway, metro station and railway station, no trafic, good location, lots of tree 🌳🌲🌳, 9 metre road, natural wind, club house, tennis , football , foot ball court, big landscape garden, swiming pool, kids play area etc. Every thing is available in ARKADE EARTH.

Although flats are under handover occupiers have started residing. Lot of these are getting their interior done and thus some congestion at lifts is felt.Enough car parking are available for visitors at present. Access to JVLR and then Eastern Expressway is very easy and fast. Good sizes of flat with reasonable price.

Arcade earth is one of the most beautiful area in the world they have swimming pool, club house, two courts for children for playing and one more children play area and the greenness is woowwwww i love arcade earth

Excellent location, good housing but inconvenient structural design, facility too less in comparison to flats in the complex, parking issue and possible issues with claimed and actual carpet area of flats. We advise caution to members and prospective clients. Positive side is the Developer is very cooperative and seems to be descent leading a young and vibrant team.

The entrance is attractive and the area also preety clean and silent. This is basically a housing Society.

I am a resident of Gardenia Wing - Arkade Earth. It is a well maintained project with all marvellous amenities. Strategically located and provides direct connectivity to nearly all major points. The facility team is really helpful and courteous. They went out of their way to assist us during the tough time of pandemic. Overall a great place to live in.

We have booked 2 flats in B wing. Good connectivity as it is near to kanjurmarg station and 5 mins drive to Eastern express highway. Excellent ammneties.

Visited property , flats are ok but there is a nala and slum which is very close to the building, garden is too small best part is club house , location is very close to Railway station and Higway ...overall a good project

Highly unprofessional. Never treats you with decency.Construction quality is so poor that leakages have started developing within 9 months of possession.. Water drips on basement..

Have been living here for over 9 months, the complex is great, good quality construction, building materials used are very good, house are nicely designed. The facilities team is also quite customer centric and helpful....requests are been attended and executed on priority...Both Kartik Menon and Radeesh Maroli are pretty efficient and effective at their jobs.

A project where I can see myself and my family staying happily in the mid of nature. As promised project is very beautifully delivered and that too before time. The beat part is I got my house along with all amenities for my kids to play.

I had visited this place with my relative who was keen in this project. There was waiting time for the sales manager to join us. During the waiting we were asked to fill 2 forms one is the general form and 2 one is our consent form that we are willing to go inside an under construction building to see sample flats and that Arkade group is not responsible if anything goes wrong. The manager then joins us and starts the tour by handing us the helmets and takes us to show amenities like swimming pool, gymnasium, Club house etc then to the building where there are sample flats ready. They are very small flats not at all worthy of the high price they quote. The project is very high priced and plus about the parking I was informed that there will be lottery system. It is rumoured that they are facing parking issues as they have sold additional parking spaces for hefty amount and hence new house buyers has to settle for mechanical car park in phase one.

Have recently booked in tower H. Perfect Experience to say the least. The team is absolutely transparent with everything. Recommended for all. Have read all the allegations put in the reviews. The Reviews seem paid or one sided where in the Developers point of view have clarified all my doubts. It reaffirms the saying When in Doubt Ask twice. Great Project with total transparency.

A beautiful residential complex with multiple connectivity options in a good neighborhood.The construction quality is questionable.The granite frames of bathroom doors are giving up.The tiles in bathroom are started chipping.There is a big gutter just behind the clubhouse.The mosquito menace is a nuisance.The Mseb power supply as usual has voltage fluctuations which can harm appliances.Water leakage in parking basement.

Prices are too high as compared to locality. I was about to buy 2bhk and willing to spend more than market standards but still they are not negotiating much on their pricings.

Posted my 5 stars 3 months back when I visited the project, coz of how much I liked it and it is today that I picked up my house keys as I couldnt get the project and the apartment out of my Head. Keep up the good work Arkade.

They are genuinely professional and I really appreciate their hospitality . Due to some personal issues we had to cancel our flat booked with them . We got our entire money back which is a very uncommon thing in such deal .

I havent seen such kind of work progress in any of the projects. Would like to know if there is any owners group created.

Flats R good....Bt No Zero Amenity

I was committed underground covered parking but today I was unethically & fraudulently assigned stilt stack parking which is totally unacceptable. I need total refund of parking amount or else proper designated parking. It seems this is a total sales scam and I will be escalating it further.

Premises are wonderfull with ample space parking. Awasome we can say.

The location as well as amenities provided are very attractive and will draw anyones attention.

Beautiful project

I am a resident of Arkade Earth since November. The facility cooperated really well especially Karthik and Radish as well as the security personnel. I am highly impressed with Kartik who has been really helpful during the COVID-19 lockdown. I am extremely glad with the facility members assigned to our building. Kudos to all the members who are fighting during the pandemic!

No responsive..have enquired for the property but seems like they are the busiest people in the world and dont have time to look at customer. not worth on CRM and property cost is too much compared to developed area has less price than this.

30/10/2020With regards to below points which I had raised during my earlier review, I got a prompt response from the Arkade team and the gap in understanding was addressed by the sales team. I had received the parking as expected but the gap in my understanding was due to missing markings. All the queries and concerns were patiently addressed and they shared the parking plan and diligently marked all the allotted spaces which leaves no room for alleged manipulation.I appreciate the efforts taken by the team to communicate and address the concerns. I suggest the team to share the progress on pending work through timely mailers or podcast or may be through their web portal to avoid any anxiety and distrust amongst the home owners, this can help clear all speculations. With best regards I am revising the review. Thanks for your efforts.28/10/2020I am the owner of one of their apartments completed in phase one. Hence writing from my own experience. The sales team is one of the most unethical team around they sell lot of false promises.1. They promise one covered parking in basement but fraudulently setup stack parkings on ground floor and they allotted them to the owners after possession.2. There is a BMC garden added on the premises and the developer never mentioned it during booking. The way to garden is same as that of residents.3. The team sells nature as a theme to the people but it’s not anything unique about this project alone you can easily find same kind of trees and birds anywhere between Kanjur to Mulund East. There are mangroves nearby so it’s but natural so don’t fall for this.4. GST charged is whopping 12% to Phase I and the team justifies it that they do Input Tax Credit in flat cost but there is no transparency about it in cost sheet.5. They made hurried possessions to most of the people raising fear of buildings being turned into covid Center and flats handed over indefinitely to BMC. The amenities are still not completely built and functional yet they charge full maintenance from day one of possession.6. The sales team is totally non responsive won’t even pick your phone after payment is done. The only time they remember you is during payment of dues.

Yay factors:• Best utilization of entire land piece spread across approx 4.5 to 5 acres• Greenary around gives feel of forest and close to nature• Top notch quality of amenities• Smart architect. Youll understand the smartness once you visit• Small shop inside the township was thoughtful idea• Hammock garden and Fruit bearing trees 🌳 are absolutely out of the box• Easy access to HighwayNay factors:• Location and view from homes as surrounded by too many upcoming projects• Room size is small would have loved if the Master bedroom was atleast 150 or 155• No interconnected towers. If once stays at top floor of one tower and wants to visit top floor of another then he has to go all the way down and walk upto another wing (thats considerable walking) take lift to top floor. This is common issue now a days with so many tall towers.• There could have been one more lift. 3 might not be enough.• Construction is not Vastu compliant

GOOD CONSTRUCTION SPACIOUS FLAT IN BUDGET IN KANJURMARG

Worst Experience with Sales Team:Me and my wife visited this project before 3 weeks. I was not aware about price band and while filling form I wrote 1.3 Cr budget for 2 BHK(this amount I wrote to keep some space for good negotiation). Sales Manager came to me and he said that they dont have 2 BHK in that budget and asked me price goes above 1.8 Cr. I said thats fine and explain me about project. He took us in normal meeting room and given very less project details. Also refused to show show flat. Even this was first project where they havent given me project brochure. Also he said we have now very less investory. He sent me later e-copy. He acted with us thinking we dont have money and it will be time wasting.Good part is that later I have visited 1 more project which is really good than this and I am booking 3 BHK without loan.Dont judge book by seeing cover. As a sales person its your duty to explain all things about project and leave decision upto them. Buyers increase budget when they see something good but such kind of behavior destroy interest.

Since my daughter and son in law are proud owner of flat there I will have to visit this place frequently..

Waste of money and time

Walking distance from Kanjurmarg railway station however the station road itself is clumsy and compact to begin with.The pluses would be the space given for entrance, the concept of living closer to nature, the ready clubhouse, the pace of construction and location.The negatives would be the pricing which is way higher for Kanjurmarg as a location which is infact a dumping ground and not the best known locale in the market. Once you enter the project it is definitely a good buy however once you exit the crowd and the locality is still the urban poor.
