Very bad after sales service. We bought furniture for our house almost 10 months back for around 11lakh rupees, meanwhile some issues came up with furniture in a timespan of 10 months. Despite solving them up they are just ignoring situation by not responding to our messages and call. Support / sales staff don’t answer call and reply to messages. Customer’s keep on calling and messaging constantly for after sales service response, but their staff don’t feel like replying. Complaints are still pending since month and they are least bothered to solve them. The most unprofessional behaviour we have experienced till date from anyone in the market.

Worst shop ever. They will show you something and take 100% advance. Then deliver something else which will be defective. After that, all the best to you bcoz you will keep calling and they will keep going round and round but will never give you a solution. You will be stuck with defective goods. Even the small local shops give you better quality and better service. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP EVER. WORST SHOP!!!!I bought things under their 25th Anniversary Sale and subsequently all my queries were answered by saying that it was practically given for free. Even when my staff members visited the store for replacement of broken mirror sent by them, they were insulted and ill treated and made to wait for an hour even after all the formalities were completed, just to hand over the product, as if they had come to beg for something. My staff person even cried, thats how they treated her!Finally after so many messages and after fulfilling their never ending demands when I refused to fulfill their demand of writing a false email to them, they agreed to exchange only 2 of the defective products. And that too, when they were sent to my house, to my no surprise even those were defective!I am posting this only so that more people do not get cheated by these uncouth, insensitive and irresponsible people. Not to mention how overtly priced it is for the products that they sell!

Worst place. Dont visit this place. They had kept a bar counter and that fall down. They didnt place it properly and my kid dint even push it... Just a small touch made it fall and for 500rs glass shop owner was charging us 3500/- and after telling him clearly about size he still took 1000/- rupees. This is so disappointing.Bad shop never visit they charge customers for their mistake. Worst place dont visit or buy anything from them...

Extreme dearth of customer courtesy; subtle rude comments by service executive, looking down upon the customers; unparalleled unprofessionalism by trying to mislead the customers, are highlights of my experience during visit to this shop on 16th Jan 2019 early evening.A reluctant sales executive, Vinay Nirmal, who attended me, as if out of some compulsion, was not too keen on showing me many options to choose from, as if he had already judged my purchasing capacity and budget. He was clearly showing his displeasure on any of the specific questions asked about the product, thus giving an impression of the elusive sense of being a part of superstore and contempt for customer. This speaks volumes about the kind of pathetic after sales service which one would be catered to, if anyone ever makes mistake of purchasing any product from this shop.So if you wish to endure the ignominy at the hands of some random sales person and wish to buy the headache of poor after sales service by spending exaggerated price which may not substantiate the product value, you may still go ahead and visit the shop!
