This project is amazing because of its flats and the balcony you will get with it. Balcony is the highlight of this project and I believe no other builder is providing such a beautiful deck in this side of Mumbai.

The progress of the property not very clear, looks like they are hiring details. They keep saying all flats are booked and after that say there is just a Jodi flat which is available now because the one who booked has defaulted so now we want to sell it. Their manager says we are looking at asking 15 more floors so owner of flat is taking flat on higher floor. Descrepancy of information from their own staff. How can you now decide on increasing 15 floor when you do not have permission. There is no mention on RERA of such change as well. The sales guys including his own manager John have different story on the same day. Looks like a scam as this is not a premium area but they keep quoting increased rates everytime. There are slums around and some small factories in the area. Construction work started in 2016 which they deny but was stalled on RERA they have changed dates on multiple occasions. There are people who had invested are now looking to sell. 2BHK Flats have been sold for 1.25 Cr and these guys quote 2.25Cr to manipulate the rates. Beware of the fraud from Gauri Excellency. They have been quoting that super market is going to be there but its a lie, they have also went out to say DMart is going to come up there, clearly a lie. Please be careful of Gauri Excellency project.

Building is awesome but the area is not good ,its whole industrial and very far

Sra building is not only few feet away but also in same premise. What is saftey of our hard earned money?There are Multiple new building at lesser rates which provides multiple other amenities like swimming pool that unfortunately Gauri excellency dont provide.Good for investors. Not for residential purpose.

In the building only 7th floor is parking area and above us residence floor as well as shopping mall, etc.

The price quoted over phone and in some visit is not same. In the site visit, they 1.9 for 2 bhk and in phone, they quoted 1.5. I dont think there is transparency at all

Project is quite good, but i think the Head sales person is having some attitude problem and he was not really interested to sale the flats.

Earlier they said the possession will be in Dec 2019 and raised a lot of money from investors and sold flats fooling them. In 2017, 2018, they mentioned in the RERA that possession will be Dec 2020.This year, they altered the date on the RERA to Dec 2021. The project looks appealing but its a trap for you hard earned money.So stay away from such traps

Wonderful project. You can trust it. All papers clear. Transparancy is maintained always. Location will develop as entire Mumbai there is some or the other scope for development still.

A good and Unique Project hard to find now due to change in RERA rules. Whole worthy. Near Kandivali and Malad Railway Station and near by New Link Road, Future Coastal Road, and many more. A big shopping outlet on Ground floor heard of Dmart taking it. Good place to stay a Luxurious life. And Yes Builder Gauri Land Developers have a good Reputation in contact.

Very expensive and very far from railway station. Good for long investment as after 14 years (by year 2032) new coastal road will be constructed which will be just 1.5km away from these place. Sample balcony flat also good.

Project structure is excellent, but pricing wise it felt little high. Located between industrial area and construction is haulted for now.
