Doctor Ritland looking forward until im pain free!! Somewhat..ive been dealing with my back pain for 3 years now..We reviewed my x-rays and found i have a FAILED INFUSION!!! WOW!😱

Doctor is a very excellent Doctor who cares for his patients. He is available whenever you need him. A little shy at first but he warms up pretty good as he gets to know you.His work is superior than most others that I have experienced from my last back surgery. I would recommend Dr. Ritland to anyone that needs his help. I trust him fully.The whole experience including the Taylor house stay was comforting.

Im 75 years old, and I have never had a better doctor/surgeon in my life. I travel 2 and a half hours (from Snowflake) to see him. Very thorough in his diagnosis, and in the actual procedure. He also has an excellent office staff!Thank you,OJ

I have had one appointment with Dr Ritland. His staff is excellent and I am having surgery in January. With all of the wonderful reviews , I am actually excited about this surgery and the recovery, I am so glad I have found him.

Dr. Ritland diagnosed my problem and said he could eliminate a lot of the pain and weakness I had been experiencing since 1980 (Im 68). Dr. Ritland performed a bilateral foraminotomy and fusion (L5-S1) Monday afternoon and I went home Tuesday noon. My pain and weakness are gone. He is the most skilled and professional doctor/surgeon I have ever had the privilege of seeing.

It took 4 months to see Dr Ritland. He repaired three cervical spine levels which were causing me terrible long lasting headaches and neck pain. After the surgery my headaches are gone. He is very skilled. His office staff are really good. I thank them all for making my life so much better. ps- recovery after was rough for about 8 days, and they tell you straight up that info, but it is worth it in the long run.

This doctor (Stephen Ritland) is a world-renowned neurosurgeon. To sit with him in his office his kind demeanor, quiet and humble personality precedes his extensive mastery of neurosurgery. I am an active 48 year old male. He operated on my spine 2 years ago... 3 spinal fusions, and implemented some kind of cadaver bone tissue to the procedure. I have since been working out with cardio and light weights (lost 35 lbs). The past six months however I pushed it too hard with the weights and aggravated another section of my spine. I met with him and reassured me that all is well and I just have to be patient for the healing process to take place for what I did to aggravate my spine. The people and other physicians in this office were all very kind and pleasant to talk to and ask questions. HIGHLY recommend Dr. Ritland and Northern Arizona Healthcare Orthopedics to anyone who needs Ortho help.
