Nice construction, well planned, G+11 floors, G+ 2 level parking available. No gardens, no swimming pool. Clean and tidy society. 24*7 water supply. Walking distance from current Marol metro line 1station and the newly metro line 3 station. All daily necessary things available in less than 100 meters. Nice fresh environment due to nearby Aarey Milk Colony. Overall a nice place to live.

Nice attractive place but DO NOT get confused because there are TWO Crescent apartments in Marol itself... One is near Uttam da Dhaba and another one is near a Corner shoe shop.
