Very well maintained building, very good view.

Stand alone building, with collapsible door lifts.View from roof is very good. Building is in close proximity to vile Parle station and western express Highway.Quick access to Milan flyover. No water and electricity shortage.Road leads to dead end.

If any Building or property is constructed by fraud builder Kuldeep Sadanand Pednekar, than builders is 100% fraud .His companys name is marvellous builders pvt ltd, please do not do any deal with this builder in any of his project, if you want headache and want to waste your hard-earned money than you can deal and book property with this cheater man kuldeep pednekar.

A nice place to stay

Good and quiet place.

Access road to the building is too narrow. No parking space. Surrounded by buildings from all sides except one that is open to highway. Very noisy due to proximity to airport and highway.
