We rested at this camp site from June 12 to June 14, 2020, booked 2 houses, on arrival I had to move into one house, promised to return money for the second house, for two days the administrator Alina constantly said that she would bring the money or transfer it to the card, in the end, on Sunday, when we checked out, another administrator named Elena, whom we saw for the first time in three days, came and said that she wouldn’t return anything to us, she spoke rude, rude to us and insulted us, refusing to return the money, arguing that that the house was reserved for us, and we ourselves did not live there, although no one even gave us the keys to this house and did not inform us that we can live there. Having not resolved the issue with us until the end, administrator Elena went to a neighboring house and started discussing our situation with other guests, I think that this is unprofessional and not ethical. They never returned the money to us! I do not recommend this camp site!
