Renovations go on for months here. Many houses are under renovation. The society has absolutely no rules. apart from the noise of continuous drilling, the lift lobbies become carpentry workshops with dangerous and sharp objects everywhere. They even allow welding in the common lobby. Getting in and out of your house can become a pain.

A standalone gated building in chandivali in between Nahar and lake homes. Ideally situated with all the amenities of the neighborhood on offer, but not very highly priced as big townships, this is a perfect place to buy or rent if you are looking to live in Powai.

Its a safe society with garden area for kids, a clubhouse with gym, security guards and parking lot. Its approach road is not good as this is the only society on that road.
