It is a horror.. there are more then 28-30 wings and impossible car park. Leakage in basement parking and many lifts yet not working.. security staff not properly educated. Go only if you dont have a choice..

Office staff are polite. But maintenance work ( water leakage ) in the flat and water heater not being done for over 2 years.

It was not at all nice...I didnt even wish to look at the houses after looking at the building..... I must say it wasnt good at all...Its surrounding and walking area is worst... Thats all if you wish you can visit it but I know it will definitely disappoint you.

Flats and the society doesnt have network at all. Amazing windy atmosphere when I visited.

After this much dog barking nose during mid night and morning hrs how one can sleep well?I am working from home, it disturbs a lot during my online meeting. Also maintenance staff are not responsive on any issues.Think 10 times before planning to buy flats in this socity.

Water quality is pathetic water is yellow and full of dirt also hand shower water is dirty. They dont have BMC water supply they get tanker water (boring water). Would never ever recommend.

Please dont try to buy or stay on rent at DB Ozone, Dahisr East. Worst experience ever. The owners doesnt pay the maintenance. Water supply has been limited to just 6hrs from MBMC. (7AM to 10AM, 7PM to 10PM). If you are trying to get a rent, please do a proper survey from the residents (at least 4-5 tenants). Owners might not provide you the correct information. Kitchen is too small. Bathrooms are not clean. Water supply is terrible (sometimes blackish). Every other day either a cockroach or lizard in the room or bathroom. I wish I could give it a negative rating. Please do a survey before staying on rent.

Nice place. Work is continuing at present. Nice flats. Near dahisar check naka, towards mira road.

Roads heading towards the project are horrible and traffic is very very bad due to potholes in the main road.
