Located on LBS Road , Amazing Building , Room starts from 1.5 BHK , Still under construction .. but theres No Network in the Parking Area , Very small Toilets for Drivers . No access to Fresh air or light in the parking area ..

Nice place to stay in, but the LBS is always crowded, you can get rooms in a very cheap rates Buying and rental both, Structure and constructions are good. But runwals have not fulfilled the amenities yet

Great investment! Excellent option if you are looking to upgrade your lifestyle. Good flat layouts and some high end amenities. Metro station is coming just outside the gate so that is a huge benefit. Friendly sales team and good customer support too. A good experience overall so far.

I dont recommend it much as too many restrictions...giving 1.2cr+ and leaving without any such great amenities and restricted usages of property for regular household need doesnt make it happier for long stay.No balconies, cant dry cloths outside window, too small play area for kids knowing so many flats in society, no proper arrangements for entry/exit of residents, long wait for complaint resolution, monopoly of dth connection are major drawbacks.

We booked our first house in Runwal Forest but I dont have good experience with Runwal. They didnt give me car parking at house possession time. For car parking issue I have to call them again and again. After 4 monh of house possession they are providing me very small car parking in which bigger car cannot be parked. There are some other issues too. Please be aware.
