Its a slum area basically , it has more than 3 major slum areas ie premnagar, Sidharthnagar and mayanagar, its also famous for the jarimari mata temple. And since its just besides Acharya atre chowk this place is a well recognised landmark.Times are changing and the slums and small poor colonies are being replaced by huge buildings the modernization of this perticular area is happening at a rapid growth and one day the area which was popular for its slums will be known for its astonishing infrastructure..Watch out for the property prices in this perticular area as it is just 1 min away from the new soon to be open Mumbai metro line 3 station named after the square Acharya Atre Chowk.

Punish BUILDERS & BMC as BUILDERS & BMC are 80% responsible as it was their duty to stop illegal construction, Loan Provider 10% who made somewhat believe that BUILDING is LEGAL and BUYERS 10% as they didnt checked docs........BUILDERS & BMC should provide equally comfortable Apartments before DEMOLITION of Complex.
