So close to Sasson dock. You can smell fish in the air. You get an amazing view of the sea and the adjacent sea food market from the top.

It is a quite place to hang out this place is good and not so crowded with people here you get place to park your car for free

Visited SBI guest house located there. Very convenient for the South Mumbai meetings and seminars.

Right time to invest in Harbour Heights which is being developed by Radius Developers.Appreciation is guaranteed if invested in 2018 as they are quoting just INR 18,500/- per Sqft.

Its a residential building situated in Colaba,near Arabian see,we stayed here at 13 floor in Tata chemicals guest house, Tata has hired two flats here they are using it as company guest house,room was ok having two beds ,ac, mirror, almirah,TV, attached lat-bath,pantry facilities at reasonable rates,no chair was there in room, bathroom stool was lacking, mattresses were not good quality.There is a swimming pool also .

The condos are sea facing (most of them) with ample parking. One of the premium residential towers in Colaba, Mumbai. Some of the towers have been converted into staff quarters of senior officials from SBI.

Been home for several years till a few years back. Keeps getting better !

Near Colaba Fire Station. SBI here their officers residential quarters in few blocks. One nuisance is the constant drift not so pleasant fish smell from the nearby wharf.
