Overall experience was good at the store, they were kind and assuring.I had lost all hope of seeing my laptop work normally again, and they returned it in even better shape than it was before it malfunctioned.I was charged a bit more than what I was told when submitting for repairs, but all is good since they did a fantastic job with the repairs.
