Very bad experience, I think they sell fakes. I bought a Air Mac 13 for my daughter and within 8 months the LCD screen stopped working. Even though it was still in warranty they did not agree to replace or repair it. Worst decision ever to buy an Apple when I had the choice of other laptops.

Thank you.This is regarding your website - I had ordered a Macbook Air charger on it and the amount Rs.7500 got debited but it said the payment was cancelled. There is no way to contact your customer care. Nobody is bothered about resolving customer issues!Edit: I have already sent an email on the email addresses with details and all I got was an acknowledgement receipt email and nothing after that!

I would suggest never to visit the Uni Store in Oberoi mall to everyone.As they will never provide you a proper support but will only waste your time.There really dont know how to work for Customer Support. This is really bad place to buy or book anything. They dont know how to deal with a customer or how to talk with the customer. While inquiring for a product (Macbook 256gb) they told that product is available and based on that all the process of EMI was done this took an hour and post that when they had to give us the product the same staff member told that 256gb model is not available only 512gb is in stock. We almost wasted an hour and a half. This has happened second time. Also i bought iphone x from them earlier which started showing hardware problems. Luckily it was in warranty and apple replaced it. I would not recommend buying any products from this store as staff is rude and they do not solve or listen to customers.Pathetic customer service and WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!

Purchased a GRIPP bag from them. It was soiled with fingerprints hence asked them for another piece. They replied saying its the last piece. None of their staff was even interested in showing me an alternative. I purchased it and came home. Opened the bag and started using it after three days on Dhanteras. To my surprise i fooud the shoulder handle misisng. Mailed them, called them but no response. Please do not buy your expensive apple stuff from them. Go to Apptronix or Maple or even best buy online on Apple India store. My ipad pro came in 7 days.This is from Oberoi store.Will update once i get any revertGot my neew bag.Thank you Unicorn

These guys are extremely reckless. I needed my laptop invoice on urgent basis and reminded them to email it to me atleast 3-4 times. I still havent received it. Please approach maple or other stores. Unicorn after sales service definitely not worth it.

Got a poor response from the store manager Mr Akshay Jari of not trusting a loyal customer of 10 years+, not prioritising the damaged Ipad sold from the store, keeping me waiting for 3 + 3 = 6hrs on a sunday, blaming the customer instead and suggesting illegally to have a way out by taking a fake insurance after we coming to know the product is damaged.But it was escalated and Sandeep gave the resolution the next day.I lost my weekend but finally I am happy to get it sorted.

I wanted to purchase the new iPhone 11 Pro Max, but it wasnt available anywhere. After searching everywhere for a week I decided to check with these guys on friday (04 /10/2019). The staff is very polite and helpful. As I entered the store Mr. Pritam(ask for him whenever you visit) told me that if I pre-booked the phone it will be available by Monday (07/10/2019) so I immediately paid Rs 2000. They called me on Sunday that my phone had arrived at the store. I was really happy that I had got my phone ahead of time. I would definitely recommend every apple buyer to visit this store.

Staff at the store do try to recommend contacting bank and getting emi option done as it would cost you 10% which is completely incorrect as bank tend to charge more. When approached the store to get this sorted, sale rep was not at all polite and didnt accept his mistake.

Ruchita, the store manager is apathetic and has a standard answer irrespective of the question - its Apple policy, we cant do anything, laughable considering the query was of their billing system and the bill not getting printed!

Poor sales, never reverts for any update even after stock up. Poor knowledge of products, all they do is read it out of their web page. No one picks up on the store number.

I was apprehensive since I am a faithful Apple customer but when you spend money on such expensive products you are really scared whether you get the real product or not. This is my 2nd product on which I spent more than 60 K and both the times I got the Product right and also no problems as of now. This is my first Mac Book and wanted to try Air before I invest in Pro in the future. Its just been 2 days but looks all good no callouts. Does take a little while to get used too but all fine for now. This store has good rating for a reason (Unicorn Store – Premium Reseller).

So this incident happened almost a week ago.Pathetic bunch of sales folks. I was in store to buy the iPad Pro and waiting to be attended to for 20 plus mins.Forget attending, when I asked a few questions about the product, I was not even answered! 😱They were all at the billing counter like they are just making crores of rupees worth of sales just right bit at this moment when the store is totally empty.. non other persons except me and one other who was buying an iPhone charger. 👀
