Owner is pathetic and hopeless businessman I would strongly recommend never enter techstar

Please never go to sell or buy anything over here.If u sell your product do it at your owm risk, as you will have to run behind for your own money. They take the computer and then claim that they r busy and will transfer the money later. After that you have to chase him for your own money!! He is a big cheater.

Worse customer service and horrible fake products. The staff are good but the owner is just the worst person I’ve ever met, doesn’t know how to talk to anyone and is a Cheat.I confirmed with their staff for a product and when I told him I want to buy that product he said it’s not available, and said that he has another same product but more expensive (he thinks everyone is dumb).Their products are assembled in store with fake parts.My product stopped working after I purchased and don’t even get response when I gave it for repair.

DO NOT GO HERE. THE WORST PLACE.The most unprofessional encounter of my life. I gave my laptop for repair and ultimately sold it here. The person who operates this place has been taking advantage of my politeness and dragging me along for no reason. Refuses to transfer money he owes me for my laptop at the moment of sale. Says he will do it later in the evening.Still doesn’t. Two days later I’m running behind him for my money and still in every call he acts very busy and postpones every time to a later timeI would give this a zero star if i could.

Pathetic service with very rude behavior. I bought a Macbook pro refurbished from them... While making the sale the owner was very polite and welcoming... After 8 months of use the laptop suddenly crashed... I took it to the shop for repair... At that time the owner was least interested and very rude giving random reasons... I learnt my lesson... Never buy an apple product without warranty and never give it for repair to someone you dont fully trust... Thumbs down.

Very good experience for purchase an ipad pro. Due to some bad reviews I afraid but after purchase the product I really like the staff and also the director of the company Mr. Rajib sir. He is kind. He helps me to buy ipad and take less money because I am a student. Really great person he is. Dont read the reviews of those who gives negative reviews.

UNPROFFESIONAL, RUDE AND NO VALUE FOR THEIR WORDS!The owner of this shop Rajib has no manner at all to talk with customer, I called to ask about status of my laptop he just start talking nonsense, like bar bar q call kar rhe ho, ban jayega to bta dunga, aur now its 6 months, i dint got a single call from him, but i called in between to know status,guys please read all review before you go.He is a worst service provider till date.

Amazing service, product are too good condition

This is a pure fraud business. The owner is a liar of the highest order. Never trust him, dont buy anything from them. They would show you new macbooks when you go to ask for price, later they would give you laptops, which were brought dead earlier in buy back and they make them functional temporarily. My macbook pro was given to me after taking full payment in advance, the laptop did not work even for 1 day, the next day when I went the owner assured me to give me a new machine. This continued for 15 days, when asked the owner, he refused to return my money. The laptop is of no use and my hard earned money is also gone.

Bad experience.. What sales girls and staff say does not match with the Rajib (owner). He is rude and have his own rules. Better to buy products from any other shop. He made it very clear that there is no free service or gurantee warranty. I bought 40k laptop without a single day warranty and without any service. Cant give product review before I use it for few months.

Rajib....The owner of tecstar is a fraud..He will talk very sweetly till you buy something.. promise services 24x7..also promise to change the product if something is wrong..give you assurance of 100% satisfaction.. FYI all products are second hand and very oldBut the nightmare begins once you purchase and pay...he will talk rudely..abuse you if you ask for services..the staff gets rude..you will die asking for service/repair but no response..will sell you faulty products..charge you INR 15000 for AMC..for which you will just have to wait endlessly..Please dont purchase anything from this guy..they will Haras you by sending endless offers to lure...P.S..MOST OF THE POSITIVE FEEDBACKS ARE GIVEN BY THEIR EMPLOYEES ONLY..

Date - 23 August 2018 - Thursday -I called them for DELL PRECISION 17 inch workstation. They didnt have that laptop workstation. I was in contact with 3 different people on WhatsApp and Call. The good thing is that they are basically nice people and reply on WhatsApp quickly without fail.#### NEGATIVES ####- They ask you to visit their shop without arranging the laptop you need. Even though they do not have the laptop they ask you to visit the shop repeatedly.- They dont agree directly that they dont have the laptop. But give you details of all unwanted laptops which you didnt asked for.

Horrible service. Did not feel welcome here even though I have bought my iMac from them. All their ratings on google is given by their own staff. They Say one thing on the phone, but when you visit the store Mr. Rajiv acts very different. No regard for the customer. Makes you feel like you owe something to them. Highly unprofessional. Extremely disappointing experience.

The owner is a fraud. Be very careful while doing business with these guys. They took our Mac mini which we wanted to sell, kept it with them on the pretext of testing it and never gave the money.

Beware of them as they give you faulty used Mac with no warranty and later charge you for repairs. Their costing is also too high as per market rate. Check the Mac thoroughly before buying.

Good store for visit but service is worst they are not showing any piority to the customer very ignorance and the boss is nnever beenn there.they treat customer as fool may be.
