I had given my Lenovo i3 10th Generation laptop for SSD installation to increase the speed of the laptop! The service was upto my expectations and satisfaction!The price was pretty much decent and best part is they accept digital payments and not demand cash! I bought a mouse from Jayshree computers yesterday . At their office I asked for a Logitech B100 . Before the product was billed and paid for I asked the lady at the counter about the size of the mouse . She showed me a mouse which her colleague was using and said the mouse was this size . It was the size I was comfortable with hence I bought the product . On opening the box today I saw that the mouse was bigger in size than that was shown as a reference product to me . I went to Jayshree computers today and requested them to exchange the product with some mouse which is the size which was shown to me yesterday . But they declined to exchange the product stating that the seal has been broken n no replacement nor exchange can be done. How can a customer get to know the size unless we see the product . This is totally unacceptable as now I have to buy another mouse spending more money because of the incompetence of the staff .
