My laptop needed the motherboard replacement. So we gave two laptops same model (sony) to swap one motherboard with another. Earlier When we asked him for charges it was 1000 rupees plus any additional cost for new parts. No new part was purchased. Fees became 2500 after repair at the time of handing over. Since it was done we could do nothing but pay. He denied he told us any fees so it seemed unprofessional. There was a password to logon to my laptop and i had forgotten to give him that password when he came to collect the laptop so after he left, I tried to see if the machine is working fine , i could not login so clearly the password was bypassed/removed. I called to ask and Dennis again absolutely denied any support or help.. we had asked to install some utility and was okay to pay the fees, but those were also not done stating he will do when we pay round 2 visiting charges along with installation fees. I kept asking how much is the fees for installation but he said he will do only if pay additional visiting charges. Who does like this? We had already paid visiting charges. So in all our experience with him was extremely unprofessional. Will never seek his service again. When u first meet him he comes across as very good and professional but not at all. Sad!
