N now tht charger stopped working in 2 months so they took it for replacement n its 18 days now n still havent got back d charger. These guys are unprofessional and thieves, they will rob you.I gave them a US purchased laptop to repair which had battery issues.they diagnosed it for motherboard IC repair and asked Rs 3500.I paid them their initial diagnostic charge Rs.350 and ask them to return my laptop.the owner tried convincing that he will reduce the price and to keep thelaptop and laptop will be repaired 100% - I deniedthey damaged the whole motherboard to hide their flaw and returned my laptop.Never trust your laptop or any device to be repaired at Micro-point.

MicroPoint damaged motherboard IC of my costly laptop bought in US.because I refused to pay Rs. 5000 for small battery issue and wanted to take my laptop to other shop.1 star to post this review and out of charity.Never Trust Micropoint. Very Bad. Cheater.

I was looking for computer components as I wanted to build a new personal computer. I knew the components that I needed and asked Mr. Rajesh for a quote in the evening. Next day morning I received the price for each component on whatsapp. The quote suited me and I paid him an advance through Paytm. Same day he arranged for the components and next day his engineer assembled the computer in front of me. All the components were original with sealed boxes. GST invoice with the serial numbers mentioned was handed over to me. The whole process was smooth and I can recommend Micro Point to other consumers.

This Shop is only good for over the counter (OTC) shopping. For servicing , it is third class. As they r not interested in service business they loot customers , whoever approaches them accidentally . Mr. Manish is rude and bloody blackmailer. never go for any service.
