I worked here for 4 years. One of the best companies to work with. I got so many memories while working here. I would recommend this place. I used work in IT though they provide BPO services as well.

Ive alot of memories with this building..My first reaction when I visited this place is why in 2013 was why is BMC not asking them to vacate. Building looks haunted and very old.. However, they do regular maintenance and repairs. And the best this about this building is the security staff.

Work is good, teams are nice. but no work life balance. Difficult to manage 9 working hours plus 3 travelling hours. No quality time with family. Need more work from home policy. Need salaries to match with costly life.

The office is very spacious and well maintained inside. The surrounding area is not very good due to small road and lots of traffic.

Form outside its not that good, but from inside its a totally different picture. Cafeteria serves delicious food and has a decent seating capacity.

Pathetic company... Called for an interview and the worlds rudest HR on board doesnt even know for what post a candidate has come... After waiting for 5hours they say no expert of your domain so well arrange a telephonic interview. To my surprise telephonic has to happen in the campus itself mind it its just telephonic nor VC based interview.... After travelling for almost 2hrs to reach this pathetic office and getting the worst behavioural experience for in total 5hrs I would only say great going tech Mahindra.....

Awesome organization for work very nice work environment and the best part you are getting on 1st of every month if 1st is sunday or bank holiday this company will pay you salary 1 or 2 days before but you will never get salary on 2nd and we all work for money.

My first company for more than 3years,, this building is one of the buildings in Oberoi estate compound. Its not that good looking, average features from inside as well.. parking lot has been renovated into canteen for techmighties .. average IT MNC like structure and interior, not too great compared to boomerrang building situated right next to Tech Mahindra. Obviously TechM as taken it on rent hence not doing much to match the standards of the company.Nearest B.E.S.T bus stop: Oberoi garden, Chandivali Junction(6-8mins walk) , Ram aashram stop (15mins walk)Nearest metro station: Saki NakaNearest Railway station: Kanjurmarg

Sheer luck, if you are lucky enough to get the right IBU youll be very happy otherwise its hell. They have created a caste system where in a resource from one ibu cant get project in other ibu no matter if he/she is qualified and other IBU has requirements. He has to take project in his own ibu even if that project doesnt offer in growth.
