Very poor service. They are extremely money minded. My laptop was not switching on ...they kept my laptop for 1 week n gave back without doing anything and on top charged rs 500 as well.
Services Appreciated..They also find actual requirements of customers and then suggest products.
I took my laptop to them due to Power issue, they kept it for approx 15 days and return without repairing... Did not get any response from them whenever I call them they talk like some experiment is going in NASA/ISRO lab and used to tell it will be repaired in day or two... But never got it repaired... Had to take laptop back from them without repairing...

Poor service, delays in delivery. Poor diagonosis. Spent Rs. 9000 on their advice on repairing a laptop. Crashed within 1 year. I had to follow up repeatedly just to get my laptop back. Subsequently they did not send invoice by email as promised either.
