Companys building and infrastructure is good and you will get to learn lot of things here. But one thing that is very shocking to me is that there is no flexibility of timings. Like a typical Indian company you will need to reach on or before 10 am, if youll fail to reach then be ready to face consequences in terms of leave deduction and all.So its an average kind of company but not for the people like me.

Horribly managed company. After experiencing, an outdated recruitment process and visiting the campus, I can confidently say that this company is still operating with neolithic ideologies and infrastructure. God save Indian Defense forces if the current staff chooses to operate with such people and their approach

I am writing this review bcause there are some fake positive reviews with 4 and 5 stars. (May be paid one)Actually this company do not even worth 1 star. Company HRs are trying to fool consults and job seekers to join company by providing salary bait and once you join the Rolta you will get to know about crisis and now u are trapped.Company was hit by terrific financial crisis from last few years.Why only 1 star:- HRs bad and unanswerable behavior to stuck employees. Higher Management making wrong calls on salaries and financial conditions. And due to same behavior Rolta is not able to complete restructuring deal(stuck).- Not releasing employees on bond (feels really stuck)- Not able to arrange proper finance for salaries and current projects are stuck. No signs of new projects.- Administrative people and HRs are now involved in internal politics.- As per me financial crisis was due to ->higher salaries to incapable staff and not retaining and valuing the actual doers(good employees)->not able to get new projects and not also able to complete given projects on time leading to financial insolvency.->not able to manage immovable assets properly.Before taking any step just check the truth.Wish company could seal the Restructuring Agreement deal timely & properly and prosper in future.Thanks for reading.

It was a Best workplaces. Helpful environment, but now they are not giving salary on time to their employee.

2 mahine ka SALARY kha liya mera, bonus nai diya last year ka and appraisal ke naam pe goli de diya not only this medical ka paisa bhi nai diya after tax deduction.. recently they fired around 450 people(on jan 31st 2019)... And now they are hiring.. freshers and experienced ppl plz DONT join here if you want a secured future.... The greatest lesson learnt of my life.....
