Reall they gonna loot you on the name of servicing really bad at service I dont wanna give even that 1 star hey Google is there any option for negative rating ??

Am surprised is thats really work shop zero assistance Staff having lack of information no singal new vehicle to display and company mentions showroom . theres is nothing to show only zero

Very bad experience in my life time stolen my tool kit first aid ,changed my discpad denied to give me warranty of my x pulse which company had given really disappointed

The staaf is soo co-operative, i got the bike delivery and had some issue with the conset. They are very humble and also guided me about the new bike . Do visit for a good experience.

I was expecting this showroom to be authorised ,but unfortunately the website isnt showing its name when searched for authorised showroom of Hero till the time I searched for it.Personal experience - went to take a test ride for Hero glamour and the moment bike came out of showroom for ride , it got stall for running out of fuel, later I was asked to come next dayOn the next day the bike was having the fuel but this time the gear pedal was missing from the bike as they installed it in some bike which came there for servicing, pathetic approach I would say , towards the test ride motorcycles.Out of the two glamour that was present in the showroom ,none of them was in the working condition.What were those bike doing in showroom when they were supposed to be in service centre .Pros- showroom is near to Mahalaxmi station.I had to edit the review to give this showroom 1⭐ from 2⭐.Pathetic services from this showroom I have experienced.People here wont understand hindi or English.Speak Marathi else youll be served with pathetic services

This place has only work shop they don’t have dealership.Please check before coming here else You will be wasting your time.

The service provided is very bad... Its been 6 years a own a hero motorbike and everytime i go there so small errors in my bike, they end up creating 10 more problems just to earn a little more incentives... Also just to check the bike that has arrived they ask for a day which doesnt match upto the standards of the Hero Company. Finally when I stood there they decided to give a look and without checking the bike they insist on leaving the bike at the center.... Also for small small things the rate charts are so expensive that going there isnt Worth it.... Opt for RnZ Mazgaon which provides better and faster service at very less price as compared.... Unhappy with Fortpoint Mahalaxmi Hero

Service provided by staff for calling you for delivery, cost charges and remaining basics are very well handled. They will give you the best and asap service for your bike. And hand-on your bike within a day or maybe couple.

Good Service Center. Servicing my scooter from last 3 years from here.Supervisor is also good. But remember some supervisor will pitch you for lots of unnecessary requirements. Like wheel alignment, silencer coating, tank cleaning, oil on every servicing.Some mechanic are too rude.Even after many request they couldnt resolve issues.

A decent motorcycle workshop.Repairs are satisfactory but Customer service and management is very professional.

This place is a mixed bag. Their technical service is good but their customer service is very poor. Last time, my wife had taken her Hero Pleasure scooter for service, they added a lot of unnecessary work and made up a big bill. Very unethical. So if you have to give your vehicle to them for work, make sure you are made aware of the work they are going to do.

They just know to make big bill..... I went with maestro edge, Just for different from activa.... But the after sales service cost more then 1000 approx every time.... Even though spending so much the problem is not completely resolved..... I did a mistake investing the money..... You think twice.... Automobile market has more to offer then hero.....

Professional and prompt service. Just have trust in the service adviser. Have patience. Your bike and scooter is in excellent mechanic hands.

Place is very busy but service in got today is fast and hasal free. Great supervisor fort Point.

Make sure you have an appointment before taking it to service center and dont leave helmet here take it out with while servicing the your two wheeler, And importantly dont forget to swipe up the card while servicing the your two wheeler it will give awesome supersizes and prices while claiming points. The location which is mention here is kinda wrong the actual located at exact under the bridge. Service was god but still not know why they call it Free Service.

Hero manufacturers worst bikes in auto industry. I experienced major faults in two of my bikes within first few months.The 6 free servicing coupons are very basic, they only check and wash your bikes. You will end up spending Rs. 800-1000 each time you visit the service centre.

Very bad!!! I have given my scooty for servicing they only change oil and charged me rs.1873/- and within 2 hours its done!! People over here act like they are professionals bt no!! They are smart in making big n big bills without even doing proper service!!! Local wale ko servicing me liye gadi do bt yaha mat dena!! this is my experience (last week)

THE BEST CAN HERO DO

Very pathetic sales team. Bought a new bike and feels like done a mistake. Thought fortpoint was a brand but not really . Speaking to them reminded me of TV series office office where in they just transfer you to different people and do not provide a solution.Will suggest you all never optfor their service if they really provide any.

Service is good but we do not have a manual of charges available with us. Hence what they we have to pay

Good experience but they gave hughe bill for scooty servicing. They told that do this and that otherwise your bike will not perform well,and even for scooty servicing i pay 3000 here.

This is second time engine work in a year , i bought hf down in aug 16 . this is very worst place to service our bike here. last ingine work done two month ago and bill was 2500 some thing and this time 3500.no warranty . not supportive staff. they are making us fool

Even not provided bike wash and giving explain of not supply of water by BMC. Very costly and trying to grab money by try to explain you useless replacements, Better to go roadside small service provider in vicinity in spite of waste money in traveling to workshop if you are 5-10 kilometer far.

Actually under servicing all things should be covered but in servicing they charge for engine oil, engine flushing,and for battery charging and show us a booklet provided by them to read because clause is written in it but its not good they should cover at least New 3 servicing.

Its a authorized service station of Hero Motocorp and always has huge rush . Need to wait at least 20 min fr your turn. The access road is in bad condition. They charge 10 rs a day for keeping the helmet with them. Only advantage is its next to Mahalakshmi station . The technical competency of adviser is upto the mark !!

I think service is very fast. But This service centre is charge extra money.

Poor.Have a bad staff you will keep on telling the same problem to you even it is not there. I observed they says to every biker that alignment is not okay.I reconfirm with my private mechanic he immediately confirm port point Mahalaxmi says this to all. to my horror it happened when i send my Mastero again for servicing he said same words.we do not have any other service centre near to us. but them its better not to buy Hero products.

They charge too much and they only clean with cloth they doesnt use water to clean the bike

My personal experience says that they took too much time for servicing. They gave my bike after 2 days. Everything has GST, whether its spare parts or maintenance service charge.

Hero gives 7 free service with the bike, every time bike is serviced even if there is no problem in the bike u will be charged 100₹ as consumables,if u have any problem with bike u will be charged extra in form of labour charge.What the hell HERO MOTO CORP mean by FREE SERVICE

This guys never do service properly. They even take out petrol from each bike. Manager never check any bikes after servicing. Not at all happy with service here. Even faults which is shown to them are not corrected after given the bike.

Rates are too high and also i have contract card still they ask 10 rs for keeping halmet as well.

Worst Service by the service provider..they fool people by charging unnecessary charges in the free services to people by saying the aliment of tires are not proper..brake is not working..oil needs to be change etc etc.. they more or less charge Rs. 1000 - 1500 in the free services which is not necessary..and when the person denies for the same..they agree and keep the vehicle with themselves and return it in 3-4 hours by only washing the vehicle and saying it has been serviced..despite of complaining again and again..no action has been taken yet by the hero motor crop .. BAD SERVICE ...never again buy any hero vehicle..
