Atm swipe machine is accepting 1000 rs 10000 or more than that but cant swipe 10rs for carry bag i just broght pants in my hands 🤣🤣🤣 was bad experience this time. hopefully i should switch to other brand,too crowded no staff for availability of products. Westside should keep trained staff as well THANK YOU SO MUCH 🙏🙏🙏

It has apparels for men, women, children. It also has home decor stuff. It also houses an in house cafeteria. Quality of stuff is good. Pricing is little on higher side without discounts.It has SALE during January and July. During this time there is mad rush at the store. You may find good deals on stuff but you will also encounter long queues for billing. During sale period, do not expect too much from staff there as they are really stretched out.Do take their membership it will save you some extra bucks on bill.

Slightly expensive, but shopping here is luxury. Cloths quality is excellent 👌 their staff is very cooperative.Worth buying 👍💐

No much varieties available at this particular outlet. Ive been to other outlets of Westside and have always loved buying products from there due to the variety of options available; however, here there were too limited options available for Mens fashion. May be this was due to the lockdown situation going on currently.

Unexpectedly visited on a very first day of sale.. too much crowded. Had to stand in line for 20 mins for billing. Products were really good and at reasonable price.. overall good sale..

Staff not so active, busy in their own activities and customer is waiting for help.

The front desk staff and at the customer care are very inefficient and have no customer focus. They do not have an alteation desk as well.

There is same variety since last few years and are expensive if not bought during their sales.Cafe is currently closed. And women have better choices.Old time staff like Kishore are excellent bit some are a bit lethargic or stressed and shows up in their behaviour.One of my favourite places for mens clothing

Latest in fashion , apparels for women men and kids, household items, crockery cutlery and if all the shopping strokes your appetite, then there is a cozy little cafeteria serving various types of teas coffees and delicious snacks both Indian and continental to cater to your appetite.

There was a sale with most items at half prices plus it was open till 20.00hrs.if u feel thirsty or hungry there is a cafe inside the shop.

Although the staff were extremely polite and helpful the choice of clothing is better and more varied at the Store in Poona at Phoenix mall. I thought the Gia range was only for curvy women...since when has that included size XS????? What happened to the XXXL sizes??????????

Staff was indifferent. Would recommend visiting the Westside store at Army and Navy Building opposite Rhythm House. They have better options and a much much better and courteous staff.

The shop for clothes is very disorganized besides that trail is not allowed is a real problem as in every brand the size varies

Good collection of garments and cosmetic stuff. Friendly and helpful and polite staff. Store is big enough to spend time, but small enough to not confuse you.Recent changes in the layout of the sections is welcome.The cafe at the store is worth the visit. Excellent salads, though limited options, they are fresh and healthy. The desserts and pastry section is awesome. The ginger muffins are so good.Though the size of the Cheesecake slice is too big.Very good place for shopping.

Good collection of apparals.At times the standard regular sizes are out of stock. Shoes and men accessories area needs to be improved in terms of offerings and choice. The current plannogram is good from VM perspective.
