The staff isokayish! Service is slow, they dont serve quickly and arent bothered about their customers. The food quality of ccd is although maintained that might get you good taste. But the pizzas can be avoided totally..The toppings Are pathetic as they give you a bland taste. The pizza was not even warm.

NYC cool place . Had coffee n My favorite sizzling brownie n tht ws rly yummy. Guys when u go to sea link do visit nearest cafe coffee day nice as all cafes. Cool place n hospitality is too good guys were really humble n polite. Little costly but worth as this Sea face area.

Special shout out to the staff for being ultra patient while I was trying to redeem my loyalty points and the network was not cooperating, they went out of their way to help me redeem them and get new points too :)--- Toffee Cappuccino - BRILLIANT! Absolutely must-have. Bitterness of coffee melds with cream, a tinge of caramel, a dash of cocoa, heavenly. It is what I will reorder whenever I go to CCD next :)--- Mediterranean Delight Pizza- Maybe the most colorful Pizza I have seen this year :D Choc a bloc with colorful bell peppers, jalapenos, tomatoes, onions, it was good, crunchy but a bit too tangy. Maybe increase the quantity of onions and add some paneer chunks too, otherwise on its own right now it is just decent. Can be massively improved.

Very nice place to spend some time . Happening place near beach side, Easy to notice from moving vehicle. Outside sitting and indoor seating available,very good ambience, no high chairs sitting, serves veg and non veg breads, no high sitting chairs. Card payment accepted.

The place is just like any other coffee day outlet....The ambience is good and the staff is pleasingly annoying.As we did not get place to sit in the air conditioned area, we were uncomfortable due to presence of lots of flies.....The reason could be the monsoon that there were lots if flies, but they could have sprayed something to keep them away...Overall okay....

They deny payment via Amazon Pay and there is offer on Amazon pay. I dont understand than why both companies deal in such offers to make customer fool.

Bad food for one. Lazy and extremely slow staff. I think they probably gave up on it after starbucks came in. I for one still remain a fan of a particular drink at CCD but outside of that, there really is nothing that draws you to come or stay at an outlet.

This CCD has been around for a few years now. Completely revamped interiors and good condition. And good coffee.

It was a very nice experience.. Good place to hangout for a late night #Coffee #A_lot_can_happen_over_a_cup_of_coffee..

Pleasant interior with good AC. Cold coffee served was to my expectations. Staff were pleasant. Good place to stop by for a break during a busy day.

Coffee was good, food quality was horrible, many items from menu and display were not available.

Extremely horrible place....reasons as given below.1. Washroom is unusable and locked.. when asked why is it locked they say it gets dirty if you use it and we need to change in it2. Order had to be repeated three times.3. Inspite of telling them first hand that I have beans on my card and add them the women behind the counter refuses to budge and then just says sorry we cant add.4. Do not have any money change of 500 at 3 pm afternoon way past opening time5. When asked for complaint book the women behind the counter smirks and says they dont have one. When the other boy tries to give she punches him on hand and asks him to keep shut

Dirtiest place to serve expensive coffee. The toilets were horrible and the staff wont give you an extra piece of paper napkin if there is a spill. We bought coffee and dessert shot and they thought twice before giving us another dessert spoon. Dont recommend and will never visit again.

Wifi is faulty. Food is not great and neither is the coffee. Some of the drinks also are not available. Could be better. Ambience is pleasant though with good air conditioning.

Washroom was not clean and smelly. Otherwise place is good.

The staff in this outlet is not polite. They were also not well informed about the CCD application (using beans to pay a bill when there is a promotional offer) and were not even willing to try to oblige until I insisted they try. The payment was indeed possible on the partial payment.

Place is good but no parking available easily in this area. Menu and service is ok but quality of preparations needs improvement.

Small, slightly run down, follows the same model as all small CCDs. Good for a quick stop between other things, but not a great place to linger or hang out.

The quality of coffee and food has been going down for years now but at the same time its a decent enough option for social/business meetings.Remember that the service can occasionally be slow :)
