Its ok.Once I purchased LG washing machine from reliance digital.But I did not get the demo from LG because I purchased from reliance. And they said it will be given by Reliance only. I was shocked to here thatIts the basic thing which we as a customer expect from the company. And somehow I dont appreciate this.This is how reliance cut the corner to compete with others.I find Vijay sales gives better customer service. But reliance where and when it will cheat us we dont know.

DO NOT BUY FROM Reliance Digital. CBD Belapur says that this TV is absolutely fine. Promised to make refund, never provided reports or any communication after multiple reminders. Now they say it is fine and we can’t ask for refund. @reliancejio @reliancepower. Process the refund.

A white good and electronic shop. Provides fairly a wide range of products. Competes with Vijay sales and Chroma on the same road. Camera section did not display many Canon products and repeated visits at many different times also yielded same results. They have poor customer followup and only interested in customers who walk in and if product is absent they never revert when it us available ..a busy place and on the main road no parking zone in the main road causes some tension if you park outside for fearing vehicle being towed

Worst store experuence ...they are least bothered about customers..customer experuence is very bad...once you enter the store u will as if they are not interested to sell any product...dont expect a laptop under 40k ..they dont have..they will make you feel poor..worst store

I had gone to checkout some cameras and I specifically was looking for the new Canon M 50 Mark II which was not available nor was the salesperson helpful in telling me if he can procure it or when do they plan to have it in stock- if ever. This is the second time I visited for same product and it was not there. Poor followup.

Overall good. But while purchasing be careful. They sell insurance by giving false commitments. He told me if I purchase insurance for phone then I will be able to claim display free of cost. I did transaction. Then after synchronisation of the device he said casually only 2200 Service fee I have to pay. When I raised this issue the guy came to me Store manager and told me dont do any complaint, I will give you 1000 rs in cash after 3 days which I was asking to cancel the insurance. But he said dont complaint to anyone. It means he accepted and did settlement. (I didnt took the money but he offered and given me his number) I can say they hired wrong people and they doing fraud
