Beautiful & Very cool place.... BUT 😔Very poor service... Some cups are broken or cracked... Once, the staff denied to accept this... Somebody tried to take the pictures of those Cups, but then staff changed the cups immediately...Many times, you find the shortage of suger free packets...Washroom is closed many times...Road repairs are going on by Municipality... So lot of dust around... CCD should make some provision to prevent from this dust....Nice, calm place, but still disappointed... 😔

Pure Veg. Calm & peaceful place to enjoy you coffee & snacks. One of the best interiors of a CCD I have ever seen. Huge indoor space & an outdoor space too for smokers. Walking distance from Vile Parle station.

Good place with some options in seating.50+ seats available but it can be crowded as it is just near Railway station.

It was a good place to hang out. Was very popular with locals of the area.However since road construction has started the shop is deserted. Outdoor seating although present is not recommended as it is very dusty.The coffee is good. But alas I didnt get glass of water as he said there was no water supply since a few days.Hopefully it returns to its former self soon...

This CCD is close to Mumbai domestic airport. We could spend some time here and relax before we went to airport.

The staff were very friendly. This place is usually busy. Tried garlic bread with cheese. It was decent. The coffee wasnt too bad either but I have had better ones at some other branches. Devils Own seemed to have more quantity than quality!

A nice place to relax have meetings. Conveniently located near Parle station and Parle flyover. I am normally here at 9.30 am when the joint is just opening.Best for cold coffee. Snacks are not so great. Cappuccino is also ok. Filter coffee is good.Polite staff.

Nothing new here. Same lousy coffee, super lousy service, only thing good is you sit here for hours and no one from the staff bothers you. outside seating isnt maintained well too! The french press coffees are not french pressed because the device doesnt work. Pretty much sums up all the standard expectations you have from a general Cafe Coffee Day branch. Keep it up!

Cozy place. Sitting available inside the outlet and also outdoors.There is scope to improve services.Interiors are well maintained and clean.Easy access from Railway station and We highway.Serves steaming coffee which is not the case in all their outlets. :)

Worst experience. I think they have lost one customer forever as everything sucks. Staff product and its knowledge as well.

As all other CCDs its also one of the place to be in.Mostly not very crowded.We usually visit here post 11 PM and founds this place very calm and we spend quality time with full privacy.If u r visiting late night, then parking wont be a problem here.For Day hours , No idea..!!

CCD is exclusive for coffee lovers.Best place for meeting , sitting and waiting for someone special. Tasty food with smell of coffee ,you just love it. Best for couple and for bachelors.

The coffee here is decent, the problem is with the staff.They are always unnecessarily hurrying to get orders done just to result in sheer confusion and dissatisfaction of the customer.A lady took our order, gave it to the cashierAnd later we come to know that we got the wrong orderThey didnt bill the order correctly.Moreover, the cup covers dont match the size of the cup.They give it sealed in plastic wrap risking spillage of coffeeOtherwise the ambience is nice .Music is groovy.Expect to make the corrections

I just love this place.the staff is friendly and nice. I had cafe mocha which was good. And I got the discount using the ccd application. Which was cherry on the top. For hours I sat here and the staff did not disturbed me at all

Nice place to spend with your friends for long hours. Its a pleasant and hygienic place with lots of variety of coffee and snacks. Best among coffee shops and ideal for meetings. Quite costly for a normal earning person

Its close to vilr parle station in east just a 2min walk. Staff is good seating is comfertable coffee selection is good. But they dnt have dedicated parking.

I tried the peri peri potato wedges and a blue sparkler. The wedges were great, but I personally did not like the blue sparkler.

Nice CCD outlet plesant staff, nice food staff. Although the price on the menu leela going up. Paid Rs.201/- for a regular latte.

It serves good coffee and has quite some variety of different types of coffee. Food is not something that can be eaten coz its frozen food which is heated in microwave and served. Packed cookies are Ok.

Top rated for me and the frappe was amazing but the cashier tried to trick us as there me and my friends he was taking 100 rs extra and trying trick us but we caught him

Sandwiches and Burgers are horrible here.Ordered Angara Tandoori Paneer Sandwich which had literally 6 dice-sized paneer cubes just hanging outside the sandwich, without any sauce, and with stale lettuce inside. On top of that it wasnt prepared when I ordered it, they just served the sandwich which was probably prepared wayyy beforehand.

They suck at making their nirvana drink, something I like about them is their frapes, it strong and delightful.

So we ordered some of their Iced Tea, and all we got was a glass with a teaspoon of syrup at the bottom of it and chilled water. They asked us to stir it properly so the syrup would mix in and we did so, but it was still tasteless.

Just asked for masala tea... It tasted yuck

2* only because the staff was polite, this CCD is in Vile Parle East.. their net wasnt working, the CCD App could not be utilized and more or less everything else was sub standard. By the way, even their (CCDs) Best would not match with the worst of starbucks.

The chocolate milkshake was good and the ambiance was very nice.

Extremely noisy, Terrible choice of background music. In spite of informing about toning down the music, the attenders didnt care at all. Wonder this CCD too, will survive.

Ambience is good, coffee is bad, servers are horrific and will always try to scan people by changing the order tactfully.

I dont understand why they treat their customers like this, when there was my birthday they stood me outside n make me cut my cake, on my friends birthday they made chaos and didnt let her cut her cake, I come to cafe everyday, today when there was my sisters birthday , they didnt let me click her pics by DSLR , I was clicking her pics nothing else, what kind of policy they have , I dont understand with their regular customers , such a losers , cant even handle their regular customers
