This guys are liars....I want SIM for my travel to Cameroon so they gave me plan of 4060 rs & when i landed in Cameroon it was not working.After checking with support team....Cameroon is not in the plan they gave me....This guys just want sell at aiport without even bothering about the customer needs.never buy from airport.

From here, I bought 2 sim cards for 400 INRs as I was traveling to Qatar. They said you will have 25 mins local and 25mins for calling in India per each card. But when I reached here and tried to make phone calls IVR said I do have amount to make a call not even locally. I do not recommend to buy sim card from here.

Dont buy a sim for here. I asked for a Verizon sim but they sold me some Manx telecom sim thats apparently partnered with AT&T. The call service is noisy at best but the internet is so poor. I got less than 100kbps speed even with full 4G tower. I tried to contact the guy at the store and the official customer service but the response was very poor. I was told to change the APN settings after 4 days but nothing worked. Its a company of frauds and cheaters.

The service at the airport was really good. One star less as the customer care on phone told me that I cant but sim from airport and it is mandatory to purchase before which is not the true case. Take your own sweet time to decide and but from airport. This place is after immigration check so you have all the time in the world to make a choice of plan.

I am giving one star because I cannot give zero. Purchased sim card for Netherlands with 10GB data. The phone worked fine but the internet did not. Tried calling on the number they gave multiple time, but the calls were never answered. One day for the the end of my stay, received access point settings.

Matrix is big cheaters . Please do not buy SIM card from them . I bought new SIM card and didnt get network in USA and they didnt even refund our money . Big cheaters and fraud ppl they are . Especially get rid of Aseem and Krishna from their team . They r big cheaters

Worst service and not worth to the premium they charge.Bought matrix Sim from mumbai airport as i was hurry and couldnt buy it from local vendors. they charged me rs 2650 for the plan rs 2099 which was for 28 days. moreover my sim card could not detect any network in USA for almost 3 days. tried calling customer service but they dont have 24x7 service. wrote mail which was attended 2 days later.. dont buy the product.if you have preplanned schedule of travel then buy it from local vendors in mumbai suburb.. they are pretty economical ...

I have been overcharged. I never switched on the Data services, yet they charged exhorbitant amount for data usage, when none was used!No one from customer services responds.

Plan and buy in advance from online store. The staff at airport is rude.
