Very polite staff and overall I had very good experience. They have all the models and colours of the model in stock.I will recommend to buy from unicorn shop in Inorbit mall.

Thank you Aamir for a wonderful help and first of all being so patient to solve all my problems and questions I had as a first time userThank you so much keep it up for your excellence customer service !!!!!

They have most unprofessional employees. Its more like buying product worth 50k+ from musafir khana. The employees stink, probably they dont wash cloths for months. And the way the behave is even more cheap and down market. Apple team should visit them once to realize

Just like any other shop of theirs but lack of professional approach, very casual staff. You literally have to ask for assistance but they dont bother much. Ambience is nice, neat store but human aspect of it sucks

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE! While selling the product they are nice but incase you have any problem with your mac product they will take all the time to revert. My brand new macbook pro was not getting charged and I tired of contacting these people. No reply, no response most of the time, and kept telling me that they are not able to book an appointment Like seriously! While selling how the product was available in few hours? My work was dependent on my laptop and I suffered for 5 days. This is so irresponsible of the store to avoid customers like this. Worst service ever!

It is a premium reseller store of apple . Staff is good and cooperative.Staff is having knowledge of all apple products. Better option for buying apple product.

I bought this phone for its size. Wonderfully sized iPhone, very suitable for one handed usage. Very pocket able.

Osm Product.... Value for Money ... Thank You apple

It’s amazing picture Quality is too good

Employees have a lot of attitude..we go there to buy stuff worth a lac rupees and the way they behave with clients is absolutely disgusting.I would prefer to buy it online rather than going there and getting insulted despite spending so much.

Good for ipad ,macbook, and more

Crowded but has most of the phones in stock

Best place on the first floor of Inorbit Mall for Apple products

Good customer service, though they didnt had much knowledge regarding the latest devices in the market like macbooks with M1 chips

Wowdelivery is very fast Excellent

Excellent experience have bought iphone from here the staff’s are very polite and helpfulSpecially the store Manager (shadab khan) is very kind.will always recommend this store to all colleagues and family and friends.

Thanks apple !!!Good quality product

Not a total Apple store experience but its close. Genuine brand quality maintained but the service is slow since employees are less compared to number of customers visiting and you do have to wait some time to really catch hold of someone to satisfy your questions.

Excellent phone....jabardast performance of this phone ....

Fantastic phone in every way!

Very bad experience... staffs are very non cooperative behaving like govt office... no forms in place... offers not being explained... check out process is much more than big bazaar process

Ravi is very helpful @ inorbit store malad he resolved my query with ease.

Excellent mobile with premium quality

Good lookGood cameraGood performance

Good place to be in with staff who had good knowledge about the product and how to handle the crowd.

Nice place to enjoy and get relaxed

Good place to buy your apple products.. best thing to do is give a call before going to check if they have the required item. For any other repairs of your apple product best to go to andheri west Unicorn .

Like the service. got genuine product

This is an a apple store not a Service senter If you search about this place in google they was showing this is a service center but its not....

You can get better bargain or discounts or cash back at other iPhone seller stores, Croma, reliance digital

Bought a MacBook Pro for my friendNice place, range of products and availability with best finance guidance

Pathetic online pre-order experience. No updates from anyone, no contact numbers working or response on email.

Purchased iPhone SE today, speaker is not working properly, really disappointed...! Is it possible replace the piece?

Could be more helpful

Very rich and good service ...

After confirming the iphone to buy, had to wait at the counter for 10 min without anyone even being aware that i was standing for billing. Once asked how much more time to wait.. the person at counter had no clue. This is such a pathetic service..

Great shop, great assistance. Meets Apple level

Too costly

They are providing good service

I wanted to experience the iPhone 7 plus but they didnt have the demo piece available.very disappointing.

Nice store

Got attendee to answer all questions.

Great place to shop...

Doesnt have professional sales team, very bad taste of customer service.

Sold me an iPad cover thats useless. Even after reaching out to them, for exchange. No one has got back

Apple product dealers in inorbit mall. If you are looking for apple pencil, ipad pro cases etc this is where you go.

Smooth process..staffs are friendly and helpful.

I tried calling them more than 20 times they are always busy nobody there to pick up any calls.

Good sales team thumbs up👌🏻

Good one

Apple reseller with good people.

The staff here is superb and their service is awesome

Exclusive store of apple with good offers

Terrible sales staff. Fake discounts.

Amazing customer service,

Staff of this place are rude and they always do false promises.

The products you want are never in stock and its like they have to get everything from the warehouse, dont know why they have a store, they could just send all the customers to the warehouse directly to avoid disappointment

Very nice survice at this place

Excellent customer service

A service support in Goregaon / Malad is required
