The tea of this place is very popular and I can definitely say, it is worth the praises. Egg bhurji is also very yummy but donot forget to tell them for adding salt. The egg Bhurji contains very little oil and yes, you can also try the famous Turkish sweet dish Bakhlawa. Currently, during the present covid times, there is no seating arrangement and it is just a takeaway centre.

Food tastes delicious. But the quantity is quite less as compared to other restaurants. They dont let you charge your phone if you asked them to do so in case of emergency. The only thing that annoyed. Rest the place is quite good to have snacks as well to buy some spices.

This has cafe holds a special plate in the heart of Mumbaikars especially those who are fond of tea.Its been many decades since the establishment of this cafe. They dont have that showy interiors or quirky ambience or good looking plates or something like that, instead they like to keep it simple.Normal food in steel plates giving it a heart touching desi feels.Chai and bun maska is its speciality! 😍Also their cheese sandwich and junglee sandwich are a must try!

Went here on the recommendation of a friend a couple of times. Didnt quite live up to the reputation associated (word of mouth in my case). Though the interior (open to the outside air) is cosy and the location is prime, the service is indifferent and the food/options is/are just passable. Portions are rather poor as well, unfortunately.

One of the best Breakfast spots in Mumbai. Do try the bun maska and chai if you are in the mood for something light. For true foodie, do have the kheema Pao or the haleem Pao for breakfast. Or Just Snack on the omlets! They are great too...

Old world eatery serving snacks plus some chicken mains and beef dishes. Extremely basic with a few tables, it’s one of those few places left where you can get chai and bun maska (sweet bun with candied fruit, with butter) also their keema and haleem (Thursday - Sunday) are super. This was what Bombay used to be, small eateries where you could sit and sip your tea and sit for hours without being hassled to vacate your table. Portions are decent and 3 bun maska chais, 3 keema pao set us back ₹475 which isn’t bad at all. Maybe the last of its kind this side of Bandra... it’s part provision store already ....

The owner who sits at the desk, usually is a bit arrogant. You see the tea in the picture given is for RS. 20. I recommend no having tea or coffee or even Maggie (RS. 30 for a 10 RS. Its an old restaurant giving back the feel of olden era of Mumbai days. The ambience hasnt been changed and is now famous for its vintage appearance. The restaurant is big enough to accommodate all kinds of gatherings as its quite spacious. The menu comprises of dishes from the North Indian cuisine and variety of options to choose from during breakfast time. The taste of the food is decent and though it isnt extraordinary it is good enough to give it a try. The restaurant is pretty famous for its Chai and is a reason for numerous peoples visit. The quality is decent, the quality didnt have any problem and the price quoted made this place not very expensive but it also doesnt deliver the experience worth the price. The staff was nice and kind but sadly didnt know the menu very well even though the place is known for its legacy so that was disappointing.

This is an amazing Irani joint I know since I was a child. My kids love the keema pau, shawarma, cuutlets, etc from here. One can even buy excellent sweetmeats of middle East, khajoors, chocolates, cold drinks, etc. It has a very humble sitting arrangement but can accommodate many people. Reasonable, affordable, delicious. Especially for non vegetarians.

I agree with one of the reviews Nathan Dantas.. its expensive and hidden rates along with zero hygiene where there is not even liquid hand wash to wash hands with his rates being so absorbent. No quality tissues to even wipe hands or mouth after eating...they give dirty cheap quality paper as tissue and that too 1 piece.. so cheap for a place charging so much and supposedly doing Well and attracting good crowd. Should be avoided if you dont respect a customer.A bathroom is available on site but never open.. again not accepted if a place is charging as much.
