Thandi Masala Chai - This is a must try this summer. So aromatic and rich in taste. Firstly it was chilled as ice which made it more than delicious. A perfect blend of tea, milk, Cardamom, Cloves, Ginger, Cinnamon and Nutmeg. A strong cup of freshness.2. Kulfi shake - This tasted so good. The texture was thick and rich in taste.3. Kulhad pav bhaji - This was quite fancy, Bhaji in a clay cup. They serve 2 kulhad full of bhaji. Delicious blend of all Spices. Super spicy and buttery. Served with crispy onion and highly buttered pav.4. Open loaded paratha paneer - Indian flatbread topped with chunks of paneer. Loved the spicy sour dressing on it. Crust was crispy like a pizza. Loved this version of Paratha.5. Samosa matar chaat - This was highlight of the meal. Totally flavoursome, not less than street style taste. Samosa smashed in chana masala with right amount of hot, sweet and sour Chutney, topped with tomatoes & onions.All in all a great experience and a must try is Thandi Masala Chai & Samosa matar chaat

Visited this outlet a couple of days back. And I must say I was delighted to have their delicacies. I had ordered many of their dishes and all them will be mentioned below but I must say that the Kulhad Pav Bhaji and the Paneer Paratha was just super awesome.I had ordered the following:1. Paneer Paratha2. Kulhad Pav Bhaji3. Spinach Corn Sandwich4. Cake shake5. Hot Chocolate6. Kashmiri Kahwa7. Nimbu ShikanjiAll of them were good in taste but the Paratha and Pav Bhaji rocks the menu.

The staff is quite relaxed about table cleanliness and taking orders, used trays are just lying around. Had been to have a sip of hot tea but highly disappointed seeing the service.

Recently we visited Chaayos. The staff here was very welcoming, their service was quick and all necessary precautions have been taken by them to make sure you have a safe and amazing experience.To begin with we had their famous Kulhad chai which was just the way I like my chai amazing flavour and taste. Next up we tried the Chocolate Shake which was thick and refreshing. Also ordered the Kulhad matar kulcha, Chilli Cheese toast and Kasundi Paneer Sandwich. As mentioned earlier I feel Chaayos is the most underrated chai cafe in India. The place gives you a homely vibe.The outlet which I visited was inside the Pheonix Mall and the ambiance was lit with vibrant light and I am in love with the wall decor and painting.Coming to items we ordered here:1) Kulhad Chai: This is a must-try, they serve traditional chai in a tandoor which makes the chai most refreshing.2) Kulfi Shake: Another highly recommended item to try. Malai kulfi melted and mixed with thick milk with lots of nuts.3) Open Loaded Paratha: I am a big fan of Paratha but this paratha was totally different. Paratha topped with small paneer cubes and tandoor sauce which was sooo good. I totally loved it.4) Kasundi Paneer: Ohh boy Chaayos has become my fav spot for sandwiched now and especially this one Kasundi Paneer, Lots of veggies, cheese, and super soft bread.5) Cheese Chilli Toast: I was told by the manager that its is the most selling item on their menu, so obviously we tried and yes it doesnt disappoint us. This is the item which you can eat along with your Kulhad Chai.The staff was super sweet and the service was super quick.The way they greet you when you enter their outlet makes you feel more wanted.

I recently visited this outlet at phoenix market city, Kurla. This place is known for its experiments with chai. It serves you the best chai and snacks around the corner.The ambience is quite spacious and cozy. The staff is courteous. The food was great.I ordered the followingKulhad chai and strawberry milkshakePaneer chicken meal, chicken keema meal, bhelpuri and chilli cheese toast.The food was delicious. The chai was amazing. The milkshake was thick and juicy. I loved the loaded paratha meals. The chilli cheese toast had a lot of cheese and was finger licking good.I would highly recommend this place to someone whos in love with chai.

We bought this tea from chayoos. It was the strongest tea we could get in shop but still we couldn’t finish it. Shops ordering system were all hung and the polite waiter helped us to order via website . We actually ordered two tea but the other one took so long to come that we left the shop.

So visited it in Phoenix market city.Was tired and wanted something refreshing and here they were to my rescue.We got to know tht they have come up with the new inclusions of lassi in their regular menu along with some other quick bites and chai vesrsions.So what all we tried here. --LASSI :They have come up with fruitful lassi flavours like mango, strawberry and litchi. All were so good but my heart goes for litchi. It aas so good.There was also this salty lassi thts mint masala lassi and it was also good.it goes so well with the chilli cheese toast that we tried.-PALAK PATTA CHAT : something hatke and good comparedtto the regular chats.-CHILLI CHEESE TOAST : soft and nicely done chilli cheese toast with melting cheese was so welcoming.-NAPOLI SANDWICH : cheesy garlic mushroom mixture with herbs. Great stuufing.-KULHAD MATAR KULCHA : My all time favourite. The kulchas so soft just loved it. Do eat when they are hot.-CUTTING CHAI : chai can never dissappoint you when you are at chaayos.😊😊-CHOCOLATE FACTORY CAKE : was moist and good. Staff and service of the manger and a staff ..Nazareen if I remember her name right was excellent. Food needs a real upgrade. Rates are high compare to what u get basically their kitchen staff needs to understand standardization

Overall its fine and offers are good but had a bad experience when I ordered Shahi Chai which was horrible. A complete waste of 180 bucks as it was not a tea but type of a hot thick shake in tea flavour.

My personal pick would be the Litchi one, subtle and smooth. To double the fun, they have also introducted two new additions to their food menu. Chilli Cheese Toast and Egg Bun, both an excellent pick. But my heart goes to the Chilli Cheese Toast. they serve you hot and I would recommend to dig in the same point. just take a bite and your mouth is filled with cheese and it will dissapear in a second. Their Kullad tea is the best served in those authentic earthen kullads which keeps the tea warm yet we are able to hold the cup comfortably.We ordered their moong Dal Halwa and it was so good made in desi ghee that we ordered one more.Must try Kullad tea & Moong dal Halva.

Exotic experience for the humble chai. Variety of teas. They have chilly tea too. We were too conservative and on the verge of sleepiness to try it. The monsoon pakora platter was a winner with the adrak chai. Cool experience with a slight bit of egg smell in the background!

Too overpriced for my pocket. The taste is okay, I expect it to be better for the pricey menu. Quality is very good but quantity is average. Staff is helpful and they suggest their best dishes. Cant serve hair in the food, its just not acceptable. The chef/staff does not wear caps to prevent such an incident. When asked they say that the dress code is decided by the management. Overpriced for basic tea and they dont offer variety of teas. I will not recommend this place for tea lovers.

Visited Chaayos Pheonix market city a outlet. Its ambience is cute and cozy. They have launched a new summer menu so got attracted by it we ordered the egg bun and cheese chilly toast both from the new summer menu. The egg bun was delicious with each flavour standing out. The cheese chilly toast is more of an open sandwich and they serve two loafs so gets a bit heavy if ordered with any other dishes but the taste is good. Then we ordered mango and strawberry lassis. Both were good. My favourite would be strawberry. Last we ordered the dates and figs cake for dessert. Its something different we found in the menu and it actually tastes very nice.

Worst chai served during peak time. No quality control in place even thoughthe chai range from Rs. 80-150. Best is to get the chai from your local corner.

Chaayos outlet at Phoenix Market City Kurla Mumbai is an interesting concept for tea lovers. Tea in a kulladh and snacks on the side. Various options of tea and snacks are available. The prices may appear to be on the higher side. However they do have a lot of promos going on most of the time. Depending upon the time, orders could take a long time. The concept is worth a try.

Ambiance is very pleasant. Only issue that I noticed is price of product isnt equivalent to quality of products offered and thus its very costly. Plz check ur wallet before entering into chaayos

And let you decide what to make of it.I was visiting Mumbai and as tea aficionado, my sister (a coffee drinker) wanted me to see this unique tea concept, so we went to this one, right next to a Starbucks coffee.I order a ginger masala tea with skim milk and they said they had only regular milk. So I asked for soy or almond milk and they didnt offer that choice. Beyond this the server walked away with barely a care...and we were about to do the same.But there was a lady server who ran up to us and said maybe I could try their ready-to-go masala tea (comes in packs of 5 sachets). Keen to get a cup of tea, I bought a pack, opened it and requested them to make a cup.What happened after should ideally have made us truly angry - but it didnt! All 3 of us burst out laughing when my cup of tea arrived in a sample cup with all the tea sachet contents in just 2 oz of hot water.When we pointed it out - 3 to 4 servers gathered around to explain that it was just fine. And then I asked one of them to read the instructions on their own packaging. Obviously, it required the regular amount of 5-6 oz (150ml) of hot water...which they grudgingly made for me.Needless to say, we got a real good laugh and powder-made tea:)

I had ginger tea. Taste-wise is very bad and overpriced. Not recommended to anyone.

Ek garam chai ki pyali to forget all tension and rejuvinate your hope. This place has so many varieties of tea one cannot choose. Try kulhad chai.

Good place to hangout. Washroom facility available in the mall. Parking Available at the mall. Clean cafe with fast service and huge seating space available. Many kinds of teas available and you can customise.

Normally, I like Chaayos. But this one, has its mojo lost. The interiors are a bit dull. The tea options and spread of snacks, as usual, is good. I had a masala tea, which was not warm enough.

Visited this place in Phoenix Market City, Kurla. Has self service coupon system which is fine. Tea was excellent & so was the Coffee. But steeply priced for the food served. Tasted the Mixed Bhajias (fritters) & didnt approve of them (priced approx Rs. 200). Could have been better in terms of the seasoning and preparation. Had loads of besan flour and lacked onions in the onion bhajia.But would visit again for its Chai.

Terrible taste at very expensive rate. It tries hard to be Starbucks for tea, but fails. Ice tea, all flavours taste bad. Dont go unless you want to burn your money for no good

Chai is good here.. never tried anything else...Phoenix chayos had one sales guy who will try to sell ( coupon) what he wants to... not give you what you want to eat or drink.... stupid salesman.... dude learn to handle customer....
