Worst internet service provider... facing internet connectivity issue from march 2020. Every alternate day the internet goes OFF.

Very very poor service, we never recommend to any body to use this Internet service. had following up in long time to change my billing plan, we already emailed my request to bill desk & lord of times call to customer care but the said todays billing team response you. but his todays never end.

My internet is not working for the last 6 days. I raised the request on hathway app and then it got closed without resolving my issue. This was furstating. Then I called the nodal officer to escalate the issue but his mobile was switched off. I sent an email on the customer care and again a request was raised. More than 24 hrs. has already been passed but still there is no internet. I am tired with this service but I cant change it because of the advance payment. I am eagerly waiting for the JioFiber in my area. Once it comes, I will boot out this service and opt for JioFiber.

I wish I could remove that one star too. Their internet connection is okay-ish. But their customer service is highly inept. Im using Hathway broadband for past 5 years simply because theres no better alternative.But now Im convinced that theyre the worst ISP in Mumbai. Planning to discontinue and hopefully get my money back ASAP. Dont go for this ISP. Theyll mentally torture you.

Internet has stopped workingsince last sunday (27/9/2020), We have complained so many times but the problem hasnt fixed yet. Have called so many times on Hathaway customer care no also but they kept giving execuses. Please fix it as soon as possible. We are located in worli.

Hathway Broadband is the worst for service. Do not ever make the mistake of subscribing for their broadband connection.

Can’t give a review with negative stars or I would. They have uneducated people in their call centre who can’t help with anything. They are trained to say send an email. They are impolite and don’t understand any language. Hathway by far is the worst customer experience. It takes 24 hrs to get a revert and if you miss their call, then wait for another 24hrs. Very poorly managed. They should fire the entire management and reset up a service centre.

Not Giving Service Properly now Im using the Hathway since 6 years but this time theres customer care people dont listen us directly cut our phone... Not expecting from Hathway

Hathway is spineless and chor companyI was contacted by Hathaway representative regarding getting 1 month free subscription on payment of 12 months charges. But due to some unavoidable situation I shifted my home within mumbai only and requested Hathway to relocate my connection to which I did not received any response.Later I discontinued my services after using for 10 months and requested to refund 2 months charges which are unused. This clause was not mentioned by representative while selling me offer.Now they are saying prepaid services are mon refundablePlease be aware while making payment in advance

Definitely not recommended for office or for any purpose. Most Pathetic Service, no follow up on complaints. Please beware, their sales person will vanish after you pay the money and Hathway will act clue less and not react or get to work atleast for a month after that.

Hathway has the worst service and customer care ever. No one ever picks up any calls. They even delete chanels from your package randomly.

The worst set of people one can find. One Ganesh incharge of Worli area, his mobile is forever switched off. Their customer care number is showing as wrong, office number, the person says wrong number. These are one of the lowest category people you can find.

Vvery bad company.i have made complain regarding overcharged by cable operator but has not taken any action against it.pls check online amount before paying too local operator because they are charging 50 more from each and every customer for cable connection

The worst service I have ever experienced in my entire life. Most of the time its downtime . Customer service is pathetic, every time you mail them theyll send an automated reply and thats all.The only thing for which theyll chase you is for collecting money. There online payment doesnt work so theyll immediately send someone to collect money,even in off hours.Visited there office couple of time and they have hired all unprofessionals.

Using hathway for the past 5 years because of their monopoly in the area. We have been promised 50mbps speeds from day one but never got full speeds. the only time we do get advertised speeds is a week before renewal is due (go figure!). Terribly incompetent support and horrible quality of service. Stay Away at all costs!

Guys please dont every buy Hathway connection they are the worst service providers in all Mumbai . They dont care about your feedback and problems they just want to buy and get lost . Personal experience its been 1 week since i have been calling them daily and no action taken regarding my complaints. Please guys dont ever buy its connection.

Please read the reviews properly before on boarding with Hathway they have disaster service they will charge you for 4 months pack and it will b active only for 3 months it’s difficult to get in touch with them as they don’t pick up calls and if by chance they answer your call they are very arrogant
