This is very bad internet provider thet i ever experienced.....wrost services and worst provider....dont take this network

Worst internet services in terms of speed. Took Subscription of 25mbps speed plan, but it doesnt even give 5mbps speed. Seriously i am regretting. Will have to tolerate now till my subscription gets over. Please dont take this internet connection.

Tf,,, they dont even pick calls, very low service

It is like playing pubg fully rng based sometimes you get good speed and own but most of the times it just dies. The net comes and goes like load shedding in navi mumbai.

Not worth the money, chargers more for less speed. If you want to play any game be ready for packet loss and occasional disconnection.

Very disturbing and distracing services as Im working from home i still understand the consequences that they face like bad weather, heavy rains but not everytime we can take this excuses Im working for company my manger wont accept this every often very unprofessional

Worst service. Dont get internet provider. He wont response you after multiple calls. This bhavesh guy blocked me bcuz i used to call him for issues. So many issues with internet. Dont buy this internet.

Bandwidth is great but have some ping issue but not matter to me.

The services provided are not good enough they ask for advance payments but their net works in a very worst condition 4 to 5 days a month they have technical issues due to which net is not working.Their employees who answer the calls speak up so rudely while complaining them abt the net on the same phone call they ask id 3 to 4 times n simply just irritate us.

I m gamer. in cs go i get 10-15% loss. and aprox 50-90 ping on indian server.jio mobile net is better than 5net.worst part. i paid for 1yr and stuck now.i m from kurla (5nt service provider is rajive Video, Kurla west).I strongly recommend for never go for 5net.they dont care once u paid...they will not pick up phone if ur line is dead or slow.god bless u

There is no curse word on how horrible their service is. They dont care if your net is not working and dont even pick up the call most of the time. All they care about is money. I hope all of the people working there go jobless and become street beggars because thats where they belong.

Worst service, I preferred 5net over my local service provider by paying double for half bandwidth. previously I was using local service provider, that service was much better than this at half price.waste of money. never go for it

Lets have an in-depth review on this b*tchRather than just saying Their service is beyond pathetic. Id like to explain why.Ive been their customer since 2016, and I have more bad experiences with them as compared to the good experiences.Pros:1. Increased speed of ₹7k yearly plan from 5 Mb/s to 10 Mb/s.Thats it. Thats the only good thing I have to say about them.Cons:1. Their website looks pathetic and unprofessional. It looks like they just downloaded low-quality images from Google and sticked them onto their website. Doesnt even have their own app or responsive design. Although this can be ignored as we dont regularly go to their website.2. Uncomfortable amount of Downtime once every 2 months. Regardless of rain, there has to be downtime for almost full day or so.3. Absolute Garbage Customer Care Service. When theres downtime. Theres very little chance that theyd actually pick up your call. After calling them several times a day, theyll finally respond in a very rude tone. One day, the serviceman literally yelled at me for asking him if their internet connection is down from their side or not. He talks to me as if Im some dumb kid that keeps bothering him. They have no respect for their customers.In conclusion, their business should go down to hell. Literally, as Im writing this review, their internet is down. And the dude is not picking up my call. Just go back to selling fruits and vegetables, dude. Networking is not your thing.

Cant even get a normal voice call with plan being 10 mbps.

The service engineer wasted my whole day giving multiple deadlines. I was appalled by his behaviour and I am not a customer yet. Definitely wont be talking connection from from five network solutions and neither would urge any one else to take it.

Used to be decent back in the day (for that time) but the service is slow and way to expensive for 2017. 2019 edit:- prices and plans have improved but the connection they give has issues like line jitter, packet loss and high latency which causes issues in gaming or uploading.If you just want to browse, use social media, watch videos etc, its fine but for gaming it absolutely sucks2020 edit: gotta admit that their broadband service and customer service both are back to being excellent like back in the day. Kudos to them!Better than big service providers like Hathway, Jio, Airtel etc etc etc anyday!

Want a nicely throttled and frequently interrupted internet connection? Five network is for you! They have the most consistently inconsistent connection. Their customer service is a joke.

Kalyan user worst service provider .Plan provided are too much high need to bargain a lot for plan .if you need think of buying one suggest to go for another provide . Then too if someone want never for 6month or yearly plans you will get stuck there .I am facing similar problems.writing a review after been using for long periods.
