We also tried their innovative spicy baby potatoes, it is our favourite from the lot. Also if you have a thing for all things huge you must try their Roomali Masala Papad. Their Dal Makhni is always mind blowing. We friends had gone for dinner over weekend, place is bit secluded so offers peace or away from Mall hullabaloo and general public screaming. Food is mainly North Indian/Mughalai, very well and superbly made. We had roomali masala papad, thandai, veg platter, tadka wali daalkhichdi and aloo Gobi hata pyaaz. Food was freshly cooked and served well. Service quality was good, attendant were quit watchful & when needed arrived at fast pace and offered details when enquired about particular dish. Overall nice place for fine dine with family or friends.

Was looking for kebabs and am so happy we happened upon this place.The senior captain - Sandesh Naik, greeted us warmly at the door and led us to our table. Sandesh also attended to us for the duration of our dinner. He was very courteous and well spoken, recommended great dishes which were sufficient for all at the table.We loved the mixed platter and galouti kebabs.Our experience was made amazing not by the great food but amazing service thanks to Sandesh.Had a great time here. Would definitely visit again.

Its over priced but the quality of food is good. Great interior but service is slow had to wait for a long time. Only the grills taste good. Biryani was just average.

Its a casual dining place serving Indian food located within Infiniti mall. Went with my family for a Sunday lunch. We had Chicken tikka and mutton curry, both the dishes were extremely well done. The quantity could have been better, considering the price. The restaurant has a nice ambience and the service was good. The staff was very attentive and prompt. Would certainly visit again!

Too spicy Zaffran. Went there after a long time but everything was hot spicy and too much of masala. Even daal makhni had a lot of spices in it. The staff was however good and the place was clean. Just ok at least for the food we ordered.

Spacious Indian interiors and there are even some Jacuzzi style sofas which are very comfortable. Located near PVR and the food court at Infiniti Mall. Started off with Murg Banjara kebab which was juicy, soft and tasted great. Portion was big too. The Masala Papad was a letdown. Just your average single Papad topped with some tomatoes and onions. Looked lonely. Their butter chicken is the best. Smoky chicken peices and not overpowering. A bit on the sweeter side. Had it with roomali roti. Service is on point but could be slightly faster.Ras Malai was great.Will visit again.

As heared about the food at this restaurant a lot, but felt its overhyped. Price is bit high as per the taste and service, we expected to get steaming hot Ivan chicken but that was literally cold. Staff is very cooperative but, waiting for ordered food took very long. Overall it was ok experience.

One of the best restaurants to have Non Veg food. It has branches all over Mumbai. Menu has a variety of Veg n Non Veg food. Food quality is excellent and so is the quantity. Must try Paya Shorba, Afghani Chiken in starters and Butter Chiken in mains. Murg mussalam is also a must try. Desserts choice is limited and few not available too. Pricing is on higher side, service staff is very courteous and attentive. A visit is must.

Excellent joint! Beautiful decor, lip smacking food. Chicken Anarkali n Handi dum goshth is a must . We tried a unique item called Rumali roti masala papad and that was from out of this world! Heres the picture of it.

I got my delivered very quick and in a well packed container that kept it warm and fresh.So i ordered,Murgh Afgani TikkaButter ChickenMurgh BiryaniThe food was amazing it was delicious the quantity the quality levels were upto the mark.My personal favourite was Murgh Afgani Tikka and i would highly recommend it. All the food items were great in taste and was totally worth the money.I would love to order again from here.Loved this place.

Classy and Authentic, these two words define Zaffran the best. Its a nice place to have dinner or lunch with your family. Decent ambience and crowd with delicious food. One cant question on the taste of the food, its that scrumptious. Its also on Zomato Gold guys!

Services was very bad. I never felt like we are in some good resturant. We had to wait for 45 mins just to get table. After we waited for 45 mins more for food. Pathetic approach by staff. They are spoiling brand name and image. Later at billing they were not ready to accept zomato gold offer. It was really disgusting and I will never visit again. Its really disappointing that leading brand is getting killed by their own staff. Food quality was average. Earlier it was much better and very good. Managment needs to know customer feedback and improve services.

Always wanted to try Zaffran as I have been to infinity mall so many times.Here, we ordered chicken tikka biryani. The biryani tasted amazing and the quantity was better than the near-by restaurants.The reason to give two stars here, despite of the food being amazing is that here they dont maintain any transparency when it comes to soft drinks that you order! I ordered a coke bottle along with the two alcohol (antiquity blue and old monk) where the coke bottle was charged Rs. 210/- when everyone knows the rate is Rs. 40/-. Plus adding a 10% service tax and a 5% gst together?? For what?? Gst was introduced to replace all the separate charges and taxes which were present as one. Plus when I spoke with the waiter, the only answer he could give is that the person who took your order forgot to tell you the different prices of the soft drinks. Its like keeping the alcohol price less and covering the cost with a soft drink whose rate everyone knows!

Its a good family dinner. Biryani both Veg & Non-veg are excellent. Also desserts are good.

From the start experience was not good as the lady on the counter told us to adjust on 6 people table when we were 7 adults and 2 kids. As it was late we said ok to it but the table next to us was for 8 ppl n whn v asked can v seat there she said its been reserved but till we left by 11.45pm there was no one coming inn. After this all of us were kept sweating as the AC is not maintained this was brought to the notice but they said we had complaint to the mall authority about it. ??? Many times it has happened that the AC is not been cooling the restaurant so please be noted that its time u keep it updated. Last the food was served as been it was just kept on the Gas and made hot and served us. Panner tikka was like not even tandoor. Tawa pe rakkh ke diya hoga.Didnt had a fun time with my school friends after so many months over a dinner meet at ZaffranNow if you just remove the brand name of Zaffran its just a normal hotel who serves food. Nothing signature in it of Zaffran.

Service is a tad bit slow, staff frustrates sometimes, but the food makes up for it all. The ambience is very nice, food is heavenly. The kebabs come juicy and perfect, definitely try their mutton tikka. They serve some nice drinks as well, though I dont drink, but my friends tell me that the bar is well stocked. But I also got the feeling that they overcharge. But a place you should definitely visit if you are a foodie.

It has a good ambience which is perfect for a couple. I didnt like the food much though. It could be an individual specific comment as tastes vary person to person. And that I did not get a chance to visit again. So you can try it once.. location is easily accessible. Parking available since located in mall.

The restaurant is famous for its nonveg dishes. Their starters is very delicious it literally melts in the mouth. Service is very good they make u feel very comfortable. They serve liquor drinks which could be a negative point for the ones who do not like to drink. Rest all it is excellent.

Takes a really long time to serve food. Youll be done with the starters and yet will have to wait for half n hr long before youre main course arrives. Taste of food is good but the time it takes to reach on your table isnt appreciated especially if youre a fast eater.

A very nice fine dine located at Infinity Mall on Malad Link Road. The ambience is very relaxing with soothing lights and comfortable seating.Food is very good, especially their non-vegetarian varients. Mutton dishes are soft and succulent and the aroma is simply ecstatic. Kebabs are highly recommended, however biriyani is avoidable as it is not the typical biriyani. All dishes are well presented and plated. Service is warm and prompt.

This place has a weird smell. It has been consistent and they havent done anything about getting rid of the bad odor. I requested chef to make food less oily however my food seemed as oily as it could be.

Typical Zaffran service... Food as good as it gets ...Portions are large so order accordingly.One thing I liked is the suggested stuff was keeping in mind what we wanted to have and not something they specialise in that was pushed down our throats.I would always want to go back and strongly recommend this place for a nice dinner in a noise filled mall.

You will have a good food here all the time...Specially dishes like biryani....The staff of this place is very talented they have good sense of humor....They can handle any type of customer....I will give 6 star of 5 for staff behavior.....

The fares available on the menu is not upto the standard of an outlet. Too much greasy, dont know whether it is prepared by lots of waste fat. And the spiciness camouflages the freshness of the food served.

Food and pricing are ok, staff is lousy with a side offering of attitude, cleanliness is an issue too with a used cloth stink on your table perpetually accompanying you through your meal, quantities are a tad below average as well

Good ambience. Good food. Ive tried their biryani many times but somehow dont enjoy it as much as at other places. Their tandoori roti / naan with some non veg dishes are good. I recommend the murg musallam (quantity is enough for 3 to 4 people) and desserts like chenna payesh and phirni. Note that prices are on the higher side. Some of their staff are uptight and need to be set right with the right tone at the beginning of your interactions itself!

Food taste was average but little expensive in compare to quality of the food. Service person was not able to tell the right quantity of food. Our order was too much for us though i asked the service person. They took Tk. 125 as service charge but it was very poor.

Nice place to have chicken starters. I tried shawarma here. Their daily marination on shawarma chicken changes. Must try. Good place to have something on the go. Sitting area is also available. Open from morning to night. And you can fulfill your chicken cravings here.
