I visited first time with friend...entry is troublesomeWaiters and service is goodAmbiance is nice but there is no ventilation which was major issue for me... couldnt breathe so left the place within 1hr and also AC was not chillingPackage water is charged at 90 which is bad partAlso no regular water providedManagement should definitely work on Ventilation & Water Price

Review is not related to food or any other service provided by the restaurant, main Reason to write this review is to make the Top management aware about the unusual and cheap behaviour by the Watchman, who does not have any manners to talk with women, I visited the place tonight firstly very arrogantly he denied to give valet and asked to park in the Pay n park slot, as soon as we reached the Entrance very arrogantly this Rascal stopped my mom and my sister and asked “madam kahan jaa rahe hai” I am sure he is just a watchman for the restaurant, security personals at the commissioner’s office don’t even talk in this way. It will be really Good for the management if they sack him off, they can easily get a much well mannered and disciplined man Infact at a much cheaper rate. Don’t know if they take any action or not but this kind of behaviour at such place is seriously not acceptable where we are paying double the price for same dishes which are more tastier and the restaurant is also reputed

It should be on top of ur list.Just dont go by suggestions of waiter bcz he was suggesting Murg Musallam which is very expensive in Menu Rs 795 and we would be full if we would have ordered that dish. We could have not explored other things. He shud have suggested as per 3 people dining.Also i told over the phone that i need cozy place as its someones birthday but when i went they gave me place which was in front of main door. Finally we have to changed the place and informed tjem what was requested over the phone. Lack of co-ordination on a week day.Will defintely return bcz of food and ambience.

BAD SERVICE BAD STAFFFirst of all there is no parking facility available for 2 wheelers and the watchman at the gate named singh is very rude, he shouted on me and my friends in front of everyone for no reason. They dont had an empty table so the manager told us that this is the closing time and at the same time they were showing an unreserved table to a group of friends.

Used to by usual spot while visiting Mumbai. This time over was really dissappointed. Regarding the service and sheesha. The pizza was really good. The staff was inattentive all the time had to request alot off times for alot of things.

Bottled water with an MRP of Rs.20/- being charged at Rs.90/- when I inquired why wasnt I presented the beverage menu with this pricing he promptly got it. That is after I inquired why I am being so blatantly overcharged. TheWaiter in a very non chalant and almost derogatory manner mentioned, Organisational pricing sir. I seriously thought he was joking so I politely took this picture to make sure I can atleast warn the others who frequent this place.

Good food, non-veg items are their main speciality, do try out. Remember going here 2 years back and I loved the food. It was amazing. Their decorations and ambience are just fabulous. Its passage looks old and classic with various designs on the wall. Seating space is comfortable. Staff is excellent in their service. Loved having dinner here. Do checkout this place.Thank You.

Ustaadi as always has been my Go To Place when I am not feeling as myself and when I feel low. Always cheers me up. Good attendants. Love the place

Ustaadi is a heaven for non veg lovers. Do try their Murg Mussalam. After covid pandemic, they have reduced the variety of desserts that they used to have previously, which is a sad thing. But overall good place for late night dinner plans!

Chicken chilli and Butter chicken are really good here

Great food and sheesha. Overall ambience is average though and evening are very crowded around the area and impossible to find parking. Recommended to visit after 930PM.

Amazing food... Do try the Crispy Seaweed Panner, its a starter which hits your palette with a completely different taste ! I truly recommend the Biryanis as well !

Food was good but i they over charge for bisleri water they took Rs 90 + 5 %GST + 10% Service charge Total Rs103.50 for MRP of 20 in which also they are getting some profit.You guys are earning good on your foods so why you guys are over charging on water This is totally unethical.

Food is not taste as per name. I tryed matka chicken is served in iron kadai???. And ther is no any earthen flavor i found in currys. Also tryed desi ghee chicken tikka. Again is same no flavor as per name.

Located in the prime location crowford market. Ambiance is really good.Great place to hangout with friends and family. Food is very tasty i have tried few dishes.Such as starters.Chicken tikka, seekh Kebab, chicken crispy, ustadi chicken special. And mojito as soft drink.The interior is awesome. They have created really good stuff from old items such as garage things or old trunks.Heaven for those whoe love to click photos and selfies.

Ran out the minute I entered...not a single customer and the atmosphere is soo dreary plus u hav 2 climb up a lotta stairs and the only option to go here for an elderly person is via an elevator next door which leads to the kitchen store and its a shabby entrance

Ustaadi or zaffran, both are one and same. I went there along with my friends. And ordered multiple dishes few were suggested by staff and a few from our choice. None of them were up to the mark. Ambience is good service is good. But the main factor taste is not at par. Its a complete waste of money. Not recommended from my side.

I had been here once a very long time back. Made a second visit in the past week. Look of the place has changed but the food remains to be the same in taste. Worth visiting when you are in south mumbai.

We tried the Chicken Cheesy Tikka from Ustaadi on a lazy weekend afternoon.Moist chicken breast flattened and filled with a cheesy mixture left us with a super flavourful meal to be remembered. Not to mention, the quantity for two is superb.
