Great accommodation. The people who run the place are great . The room and Beds are very clean

I have never ever stayed here, I just want to know the monthly Rent per person. HOW MUCH IT IS??? I WILL BE SHIFTING TO MUMBAI WITHIN 3-4 MONTHS. IN one website or is showing 6000 per person.

It has been an amazing experience living at Abuzz Saki naka...much comfortable place. The staff is superb, always eager to help.. they always listened to the needs of the guests...Operations and management is working so well, they listen to your problems and work towards the betterment of it.....I must say the property is well maintained and well managed!!

Such a lovely place to live in ! Amazing outside space they have in the area of the property. Superb property. I am living here for the last 7 months now, management is so good and they are always helpful ! I dint miss going back home in these difficult times of pandemic. I love where Im staying right now and that is Abuzz hostel :-)

It was a great stay here. You have a bed and a lot of space to keep your stuff. Privacy is bliss. You have happening restaurants at 10 mins walking distance. 2 mins from a Chemist. Its a cool place to stay. The size of one bathroom is a bit too small but thats may be because I am not used to it. You also have WiFi facilities here...so if you plan to stay here and work.. That would be a great deal too. They have an option if you want to stay for just a day as well. Overall, its a really great place to stay. The best part is we dont have a deadline to come back at a particular time at night to this place like we usually have it at such places. Shveta (the owner) is also very cooperative.

So it’s just been 2 days that I have been shifted here and I’m already in love with this place.To start with the place is simply so clean with all the aminities that one requires also the staff is amazingly fantastic and friendly. It also has canteen facility where one would feel like they are eating home made delicious finger licking foodIt’s a must must try place in this huzzle life of Mumbai you would still feel like home❤️Great work Abuzz👍🏻🤗

Hostel was good but i had really bad experience in abuzz Sakinaka , staff was so bad I enrol for a month in May during lockdown , but same day I got a call from office that we are not going to start work , so I asked them to refund my money , they deduct 3000 for 1 day stay .... which was really huge amount for a single day stay and their behaviour was so bad after asking for refund ,

Everything in terms of service is good.Just you need keep a note of the payment which you ll pay as rent.

Where should I start from.... Abuzz saki naka has been a blessing for me. I came from my hometown Hyderabad, to Abuzz saki naka, and just in a few days, I found this place. Abuzz hostel has been my home now, not second but my own home. It has given me everything, luck, charm, blessing, my life my everything. I started from zero and now I am working in a big firm on a very good position. This all could have been possible only because of Abuzz saki naka. Im so thankful to everyone at Abuzz, saki naka management. They are so down to earth, always eager to listen and help ! Each one of them are so helpful, that they go out of their way to provide you amenities for making your life and stay so simpler and easier.... Im here and enjoying my life to the fullest.... Love the place. Lockdown, this pandemic has been a worse nightmare for the most of us. But my hostel is the best, we get all amenities even in this lockdown. Supper homemade food, laundry, everything. Management is so good !! Best place !

It was a amazing experience here, the staff is very good and they take care of all small things. The most important thing even in the period of lockdown all the proper care was take of each life, the food quality was fantastic. Thank you soo much 😊

One of my friend has been false claimed by Abuzz Sakinana property manager, that shes stolen 1lakh rupees from her, and dragged her to the police station. Where there wasnt any proof for the same. My friend was from Udaipur and was living alone in Mumbai for work. Shes called her brother to call some distant family member to support her in the police station. Later the property manager has talked to my friends brother and keep asking for extorting some money. Mumbai police has hit my friend from plastic rod and cloth belt without having any substantial proof. This is how these people are, they know that who is living alone in the city without family, they try to harass you and extort money from you. Shame on you Mumbai Police and Abuzz Sakinaka. We will now drag to your right place Abuzz.

No words to express the kindness of owner shweta maam , always helpful and available almost anytime in need . Great place to stay near the international airport . Well maintained beds, good functional Acs , Best in class amineties . Quite reasonable abuzz sakinaka . Kudos to the management for all cleanliness and services they provide even during the pandemic . Have been staying here since 5 months now . Still staying . Recommeded for long stays in mumbai .

International concept with extra ordinary amenities being provided. Very impressive approach, have visited other locations also but saki naka is the best out of all...Its really an art to build such an efficient and outstanding management. Will give 10 on 10 on everything and one has to stay here to have that look and feel !

For me, Abuzz saki naka hostel has been a big retreat in the middle of Mumbai chaos ! If you are looking for a great experience in Mumbai, this is the place for you...Great caring staff, perfect location right adjacent to the metro station. Very convenient route to all the places of the city...The terrace of my hostel is superb where I sit most of the time, the cafeteria is amazing too with super meals of our sweet aunty....They have made sure that we get each facility fromm laundry to security to cleaning and many more even in this lockdown, never faced a problem with the food which is the most important thing, beautiful outside area so we have fresh air and not cooked up around our beds !!I thank all the staff of Abuzz saki naka hostel ! Im blessed to be staying here.

What do you do when you get stuck in the city called mumbai in this Lockdown, this pandemic has been a worse nightmare for me. But for me Abuzz is a blessing, my hostel saki naka is providing homemade food, laundry, everything under one roof. Management is so good !! Best place ! This Place is good for Students & Working people 10 min. Walking distance from Nearest Saki Naka Metro Station, Peaceful Environment with Good Deciplined & Decent people around you. Safe for Working Women & Girls Student. Clean & Hygiene Restroom, one can stay here for longer period Recommended place. Timely Housekeeping, Cooperative staff with lot of respect to guest.

Very poor service I stayed there for over 5 months and they just changed by bed linen 2 in whole tenure of 5 months . Also want to highlight that they say that the service is fast but I used to give my cloths for washing and I used to get it back almost after 4-5 days. The staff is also very unsupportive , arrogant and rude . Giving this 1 star but this don’t even deserve 1 .Not a good place for long stays .

Good place but bathrooms are small facility is great compared to price

When you come to a big city like mumbai, everyone needs a good place to live in. Abuzz sakinaka is the best place to live. They provide proper Sanitation. And they have good canteen area with tasty food. The best thing is that there is no time restrictions. So this can be the best place to live. Just try it once. You will love it.

Worth spending. Very economical, Best in class aminities. Close to metro station. Staff is verycooperative. Friendly atmosphere. I am from a pilot batch, have seen lows n highs here, there is nothing I dont like in the property. Mithil, the Operations head, doing his best to look after eVery problem And gets to resolving them. The property has taken a complete 360 degree change with the management. Entire Team of management Is very efficient and eager to grow....A must do !!

That owner lady attitude & way of talk to the guest after check in worst than third class sweepers.Kinda cheating policy for getting back refundable amount.Poor sweeping & cleaning in washrooms,Room service boy and security behaves and respond like that they are hostel owner and we are living free of cost.Sakinaka branch is worst than any!!Don’t get fool by their sweet policy words before check in. Not recommendable.

Please Give it a read :- I stayed at abuzz Sakinaka for 2 months and 18 days from 23rd July to 10th October. Initially when I came the staff welcomed me and I found it was worth the money according to that area but soon I got to know their reality. I have 2 stories to tell :-1. I paid first months rent and security deposit amount on the first day. In the second month I was waiting for my salary and the day it came I got diagnosed with Dengue and I went back home for somedays ( its a whole lot story). When I came back I talked to then staff manager that I wanna pay second months rent and I am leaving after 18 days. He said dont pay the rent we will adjust it with security deposit, just pay the 18 days rent. The next day that staff left the job. After 18 days when I went to Shweta Luthra (the head manager of that hostel) ,She really started accusing me and misbehaved with me. This much miscommunication is there among the management staff.2. You will find so much of dirty water logging in the bathroom and wash basin area. The staff specially the cleaning staff leave the job every 4th day because of the misbehaviour by the head manager. And you the residents will be blamed for all the uncleanness. The dustbin often remains overly filled. Probably the reason why me and 2 others got diagnosed with Dengue. You will often find the head manager accusing the staff and the residents. She never accepts her mistakes.The 1 ⭐ is just for my fellow hostelmates. Its like a whole Bollywood studio. You will find actors,models, photographers,singers and so many talented people along with some 9 to 5 employees. Everyone is helpful. I got some of my bestest friends there. Also some staff members specially the evening staff was very good. Just keep in mind you are paying for the services so no one has any rights to blame and accuse you. And Shweta maam just learn some management skills. It will help you and others :)
