MSRTC please discard the SCANIA buses. They are extremely uncomfortable and have little to no foot/leg space

Due to COVID now the frequency of the buses has reduced ! Previously before the pandemic many buses were available . The waiting wasnt open early in the morning .Previously before boarding the bus they used to provide a newspaper and a bottle of water now its not provided !Even the charging points in the bus were not in working condition !Otherwise they always make sure you reach on time to your destination !

Nice bus stop admist heavy traffic of dadar.. there is a nice air conditioning waiting rooms for passengers .. guidance of conductors is available all the time.. plus if u get hungry u can always grab something from nearby eateries.. overall good experience.

Well maintained ! It is under the flyover. Neat and clean waiting rooms are available. MSRTC staff was very cooperative and polite. I had taken a AC volvo bus to Pune from here. Fare was ₹ 440 as on 26/07/21

The bus journey started 35 mins late. The reason was that due to Corona period there are no fix timings.The bus driver gave himself too much of time due to which the journey was delayed.The only thing to mention is that the timing should be appropriate for each destination point

Huge place and great architecture as the bus stand looks grand. But the utilization of the space is not that great. Though its s huge structure the seating area or even other aspects are quite less. This bus stand falls right opposite the Shivneri bus stand.

You can get MSRTC buses going to all over maharahstra which departs from mumbai central , parel and ofcourse dadar T.T . mostly youll find alot of buses going to pune. Special shivneri bus service (Dadar - Pune ) is avalible fully air conditioned bus service offered by MSRTC but definately it cost 3-4 times more than normal bus ticket.

There is confusion in booking a ticket. There should be clear-cut instructions as to whether to buy ticket on window or in bus.Elderly people have run from pillar to post. Improvement is expected.

I had my ticket booked online for 8 am bus, but then I reached early at the bus station by 7am, so they allowed me to board the bus that was scheduled at 7:30am, for best experience and convenience travel in the morning

Helpfull staff, easy commuting, fare is OK. The only problem is travelling time, as it takes 4 or 4.5 hrs to reach pune. Whereas if you hire private cabs, or sharing cabs you can reach in 3 or 3.5 hrs. Still i find shivneri services good coz of bus frequency every 15 mins to 30 mins. And no hassle while travelling.

They judiciously and religiously follow the rules for COVID 19, which was very heartening to note unlike the private tour operators who were seen flouting the rules openly. People should opt for MSRTC buses as they are safe, reliable and on time

The only thing good here is the bus frequency. Thank God its an ST bus stand. Waiting rooms are filthy. Staff are extremely lazy. Toilets are pay-n-use and extremely dirty.

In this covid19, traveling is little bit risky. I know some of you think their is no such deseas. But I have one thing to say about covid19, Jis ko covid19 hu hai ya jis kisi k family members ko hua hai only they know how difficult it was. Any ways back to point. I have traveled in Shivneri bus from Pune rly station to dadar and dadar to pune rly station. Both time my experience was good. Buses are clean and maintain. Seats are comfortable. After my experience, I can recommend Shivneri bus for traveling. Note: travel when you have minimum 4hr patience. Because traveling time will vary depending upon traffic. Else everything is good. Bus frequency is good. You will get bus every ½ hr gap.

Bus supposed to leave at 545m. waited for bus to get full till 630 and finally got delayed.

Good to see they have good number of buses and post covid 19, I can see improved behaviour on time buses... But volvo buses condition is detoriated. They shoud take care of them. They have also reduced the prices. Dadar Pune railway station is 440/- today. though disel prices have been all time high now.
