This was my first stay at Oyorooms property. It was horrible experience.....cockroaches were roaming in the rooms, shabby and unclean rooms, broken cupboards without locks, TV without remote (if remote is available, its not working properly), room was filled with smell of cigarettes. It offered complementary breakfast, but the overall ambience made me feel like not having any food there. Even the response from Oyorooms was well ensure such thing is not repeated in next stay. My point is that the concerns I raised are some of the basic things to be taken care and if you need a customer to point out these then its ridiculous. Dont know what are the criteria on which @oyorooms selects the properties that are listed. With this experience I would never want to make any booking with oyorooms henceforth.

Booked through Oyo, name of hotel written on board in the street is different, simply a inconvenience to find the hotel.Name on board- hotel lake view residency.Its an apartment where other bachelors and families live and few floors are allotted for hotel use.Breakfast included in booking is not good.Can book for a short stay, if wanting to stay for long, look for somewhere else.

Parthetic rooms and room service.. no resolution from the customer care end. called multiple times.no id to write mail to. highly disappointed with the OYO service . not worth the amount I paid for this stupid hotel which was not even hotel. completely shaddy place spitting all over

The room is still good but the surrounding is not worth. The rooms are in a flat which means it is a sharing bases flat. If you are looking to stay as a couple then not the place I would recommend because you will not have complete privacy. The service is also not good, the staff is not professional and the manager is just ok. The pictures shown are just the ones which are good, there are no pictures of the property from outside which you will find only after going there. The water as well was charged and they didnt even provide single water bottle.

The rooms are good and spacious and the service is just fine.I don’t know why they don’t like changing towels and sheets everyday.You get a good view of the lake and beautiful chicks living in the apartment.I came here to stay for a day and stayed for a month, next thing I know, I’m a changed man and no one is pregnant.

Need to focus on cleaning of under bed or fan and there are issue of repair and maintenance. Staff was good. All best guys.

Good spacious room and peaceful also but bathroom is little old. The staff is nice cooperative. It is situated in an old apartment.

The room was clean and had a good view to the lake. The staff were non cooperative and they denied us the complimentary late checkout. Also they asked for 50 percent additional payment if we had to extend the checkout till 5pm.

Rooms are good. View in top floors are good. But the service is bad. Complimentary breakfast options and the quantity is below average. Locating the place can be difficult since the name has been put as Oyo 5061 or something and not Oyo 361. The number provided by Oyo rooms would not work. Please take caution.

Room was dirty. towel was not given. force to pay cash or property deny - hotel. charged more. refund request by guest as charged 300rs.

The rooms are pathetic. Please dont go by the photos. There is termite ingress, false ceiling is falling off, the rooms are not even dusted. I have to change 3 rooms to find a liveable room. Staff is not very helpful.

Worst service and really bad rooms. Lift doesnt work. Had to climb 10 floors. No intercom in the room. The manager there has some heavy attitude.

Doors didnt lock, rooms smelt bad, pests everywhere, water stopped midway while having a shower. Could be worse, right?Wouldnt stay again even if it was free.

1) Lift not maintained with no service certificate. Stops between floors. Dangerous as no power backup. Only way is to shut & restart power. 2) Complimentary breakfast limited to getting 1 parantha or 1 plate poha. Dont give any second serving.

This is the shit hotel I have seen in my life time. This is the last time I book hotels with OYO. Good bye to oyo

First of all the staff was utterly rude and cheap. His actions clearly specified he didnt enjoy working or had something else in his mind. Maybe you should call your customer and take feeback often. Might help in the way you operate.
