Worst of Hotel I have visiting from Oyo Rooms I Think there is no inspection of the hotel they do once they enroll them with Oyo.Filthy Bedsheets & Cushions, Foul smell, Dust deposited on the furniture. It looked like we visited some haunted room where no one visits to clean, them. We had early morning flight but they stay made us more Tired. We were thinking if could have directly gone to the Airport we could have got some rest.I would strongly not recommend anyone to visit the place.This is the first such a bad review i am making but people needs to know the truth.

Worst hotel. Booked through Oyo app and also confirm the booking with the hotel prior to check in. But when we reached there it was informed to us that there is no booking and we have cancelled the booking. No reason was provided. Tried contact oyo from there, but was unable to connect.Reception guy was useless.Please stay away from this hotel and the location is very bad.

Hotel is okaish.The staff is good,needs more coordination between them.Arranging foods and everything is okay.No lift so you have to carry your bags to the rooms through the stair case.Nearly 2000 rupees a night but rooms are kinda 800 a night level.The colors on the walls are all raptured.Bedsheets are clean but weird color stains over it.In one of the room the water system was all screwed up so they moved us to another room the next day.Ps:- i had called them about the water issue the previous evening and got 4-5 times false hope finally the next morning they changed the room around 9 o clock.

Staff behavior is not good They are not bahave professional and out side the room very much Noises. They dont have manner how to talk with customers.

Pathetic.... Such a waste of money this place is, entire hotel smells like hookha, no complimentary water also, everything you have to pay... AC was also not working, fan was too slow, bed matress was not clean. Plus they forced me to give them 5 star rating in front of them...

Actually its hostel or most terrible hotel in my life. Noise from outside, from near rooms. You can listen everything like its haplen in your room. Pillow i wrap by towel,but even towel was so dirty with lot of stians. No toilet paper, no soap. Moskitos. No curtains.NEVER GO THERE!!!

Firstly whilst you confirmed my early check-in for Wednesday 12 feb, the hotel said they were not informed of this. Finally after a lot of discussions they managed to give us the room which I duly paid for as per your email. The bedsheets and covers were not very clean. There were cockroaches in the washroom, the lavabo bassin was blocked and only cleared after a few requests.The free breakfast really not worth it.The room and washroom were also not well cleaned. Otherwise the size of room, bed and location of hotel good for the price. Good for backpackers. Luckily Iknew fab Ascot international nearby and moved in yesterday until my departure from india on fiday 21 Feb.

Too Noisy, bad location, no proper social distancing maintained, not even a single TV channel works and the receptionist will force you to give me 5 stars

Im a person who takes customer service seriously and I must say the staff here at Emerald Inn did well. Management namely Mr Sunny was efficient from day one. Always had a smile accompanied by warmth. Always greeted and asked me how my day was, asked if I needed anything to better my stay.My Deluxe room was quite comfortable, air conditioning saved my life deeming how Im unaccustomed to the summer / monsoon climate.For an upcoming hotel, Emerald Inn as per my experience took good care of me.

This is an excellent place to stay in Mumbai. I have been here for two weeks now. The help is lovely, the service is fast, the menu is extensive and everything is delicious, the rooms are new and clean and the cost is very affordable. Great a.c., internet and cable tv. The hotel manager Mohammad is very kind and always helpful with my needs. I cannot think of one bad thing about this place. All good. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Mumbai.

Hotel is too congusted.. no ventilation is there.. bad order from the room..!! Moisquitoes and cockroch roming here and there in to the room along with nest of spider are there..!! Badsheets and wall are spoiled and dirty..!!Its not a hotel where you can stay for Business nor with family as worst population around the area..!!

First of all there was no stay to us even when we booked the hotel through Paytm rather we got shifted to new one. We were treated as we have not registered and even the payment was done online. Even the nearby areas are not good. Bad choice...

This Hotel has improved and now is easily the best in town. As a frequent traveler my criteria is the following: Room comfort, cleanliness, space, Hotel location and staff courtesy. While it still lacks in luxury of a 5 star but other than this it clicks all the right choices. The rooms are excellent . They are comfortable, Check Inn is breeze and so is Check out. Room service is Quick and food options are adequate. Location of the Hotel is accessible to and fro from all parts of Mumbai. Hotel property is squeaky clean. Overall a very good property in case you are on a Mid range BudgetBreakfast Menu is limited but still adequate. WiFi can be better. Balance you will not regret and come out satisfied.

1. You may mistakenly book Rooms with common bathroom. That way you have to share your bathroom with five other rooms. Look out for it.2. I got room just beside the service room. There was constant chit chat and it was disturbing.3. I was not given breakfast despite having ordered it one hour before.4. No soaps and shampoo were given to us.5. The common bathroom rooms have no windows and its somewhat suffocating.6. Ordered normal water, the guys bought bisleri. Had to pay for water as well.

Not having basic amenities like shampoo and soap for bathing.Television not working due to recharge payment not done for airtel DTH.Not worthy for the per day charges of Rs. 1500 per day.If we spent 1000 rs additional, you may get 3 star hotel in the same locality.Just a bread butter (with cockroach in the bread) is a breakfast for 1500 rs tariff.No proper response from the receptionist for any complaints or requirements.

The location is filthy, dont ever go to this place. They simply say breakfast complimentary but they dont have hotel and buy from outside. That also they will give u just one plate idly or one dosa, if you ask for more be ready to pay high amount. The bread butter jam they provide in this hotel is the worst ever I had so far. For that also those guys charge 30 rs per plate. Overall experience is not satisfying with the kind of service, location and attitude of the receptionist (Mallu guy).

I personally dont like checking and Check-out timings rules with this hotel . 12 pm check in and check out. If you want to stay more for 1/2 hours, pay more. ( or book hotel again) Breakfast - One Bread with butter, No tea and No coffee.. It belongs to 1 star hotel according to me. Room were okay but service were charging extra. ( carry your own water, otherwise normal water is chargeable )For one person extra : 250-500 rs. ( you need to bargain)Nice hotel, but additionally charges were horrifying ( if you rich and rich, then go for it) . Hotel need to update service, not upto mark.

The hotel is nice and rooms are good but they hotel is inside a shady lane which is a disappointment. Not good for couples and families. Breakfast is served in room and they have limited options (1dish per person) and no so tasty.

Filthiest place Ive stayed so far. We were almost about to leave as the room smelled like it hasnt been cleaned in ages. I used my trousers as a pillow because the smell of their pillows almost made me puke.Unfortunately it was already 1:30 am and we were too tired to look for something else.Breakfast was a joke and the prices are ridiculous for what you get.
