Rooms are good clean and spacious and comfortable, front desk person is too good and cooperative, location is perfectly suitable for all.

Room was good but there were Mosquitoes in the entire room. Its good for students . Not good for family .If you have a car please dont book it at all . They dont have enough parking space for car and as it is close to railway station you might wake up in the night due to rail horn .Other wise staff is good .

Breakfast is not available but location is very good train noice disturb some time staff is good outside food is allowed & visitor is also allowed

The room and the hotel building/passage were neat and clean. Location is good since its just out side the Malad railway station east, easy access to autos. Overall a good place to stay with family and or friends.

The staffs are very adamant. Room service is pathetic. When you’ll call them for cleaning they don’t even clean it properly. Only 2 staffs in hotel

Good hotel... I stayed alone there for my business purpose.. From Manager to security guard help me out for cabs.. because I dont know Hindi... security guard carried my bags to some distance to road and placed in my cab.. Thank you All. you people respected me and helped me out... Good... As a business traveller transportation is convenient for me from this place.. Next to this hotel building is a Railway Station.. lot of shops... traveling from this place to anywhere is possible..

I said water flow is slow... Flush water is very slow.. They say water issue we have complaint to bmc.... As a customer I dont expect such response and also electricity was not there for 1-2 hours. Also there are no good channels to watch tv. Staff are not at all supportive.

Nice place to stay...just adjacent to Malad railway station on the east near daftary road. The rooms are well maintained and staff are also very courteous. There is an attached restaurant and bar also, with room services available. I stayed here for 2 days and felt its complete value for money.

Nice room, excellent staff. But the outside area is too noisy. Should apply noise reduction window or something who reduces surrounding noise.

Bad service, over charged, card payment wasnt available, room wasnt even ready at the time of check in,made us wait for an hour but they want check out before time. They will keep nagging you for check out even before check out time. Dirty rooms, no hot water.Overall Bad experience, will not recommend.

It was a short pleasant stay at hotel royal regancy...Though the locality is not that great but there apt service , clean rooms and washrooms, easy nearby train route(just a min away) are enough compensatory highlight points for such a value for money n budget hotel...wud recommend for short business stays on budget and easy accessibility to most of the areas...
