Must visit this place. We stayed for 4nights. The rooms are very well designed ,bathroom has got very nice shower panel which I havent seen in any other hotel.. Chef is too good. We enjoyed all the meals. Staff is very helpful and ambience is too good.

We booked 1 night stay with love setup at your hotel AUREOLE in lonavala. I must say it was AMAZING.From staff, to the stay, to love setup, to food, to bedroom, every thing was very nice.The setup was great more than I expected plus the food served for dinner date was delicious. It was quite filling.Ambience- 5/5Staff - 5/5Privacy 4/5 as the hotel is little compact.In the love setup if possible then keep a portable bell in that love setup so that the couple doesnt have to wait for the person to serve.!Thank you for having us and looking forward to come back to your hotel soon.

From check-in to check out the experience was horrible, the property is not maintained what so ever , the rooms are in shambles, stain and marks all over the room, lifts are not clean (seen a cockroach in the lift) , receptionist at the desk is extremely unprofessional asked him for a towel and dental kit (which he said was chargeable and I even agreed to) however both were not sent. The food was terrible to say the least , order chicken crispy which tasted awful even for someone like me whose not picky , noodles were okay . Breakfast was included for us , which I suggest should be AVOIDED as there was no sort of menu or choice available for us to choose , we were GIVEN some chole puri which was sub par to say the least. There was water damage and leaks all over the property and utter decay. Please avoid this location , there are other better options in the vicinity !

Beautiful place beautifully designed rooms, i just wish the receptionist guy get a partner so that when he see couple entering the hotel he should behave little politely.... He is rude in literal terms, if you ask anything and he is seeing on the desktop screen he will tell you on your face that CANT YOU SEE I AM BUSY .... Its not really a good idea to keep such a staff on reception after making such a beautiful property in the heart of town.... Its a perfect place for staycation..... Restaurant food is also delicious...

Visited on Aug 1,2021 for a private party at the rooftop pool. Service was decent. However, Pool did not look as clean but we went in. Next day, had itching, irritation & rashes all over our body! 3/6 people.Wouldn’t recommend the pool at all unless you think it’s thoroughly filtered.

Stay wise the rooms are good enough but when it comes to breakfast for jain people you hardly have any options available. So before making any Brookings have a word with manager for making necessary arrangements for the breakfast. Hospitality was good enough.

Nice hotel. Smooth check-in and checkout. Only getting there was an issue as some construction work is going on the road that leads to it. So just get down at WEH metro station, head straight towards WEH, cross the road and take the first left. Its a 2-min walk from there. Room sizes may seem small, but surely a good place for couples.

The place is situated in a residential surrounding where its little dark. The restuarant is maintained and clean. For the foodie lovers this place is good. You will get a good quantity of food for a reasonable price. They have a good variety of dishes too. But when it comes for drinks they dont have any open bar.

Food was good. We had done a reservation for the area upstairs as we were a large group of 20 people. The area upstairs was dingy and the ac wasnt working. But the manager didnt care to inform us about the same. Service is a bit slow. Location is a little hard to find.

Id been to The Sparke- Aureole for Zumba class and it was the most incredible dance class Ive ever been to. Nadim sir was so energetic and jolly. The entire vibe of the class was on another level. Please do join his zumba classes.

The staff is good! And the room interior is fine as well but there in no lock in the bathroom! They took couple friendly part way too seriously.

The service is PATHETIC. And the staff cheated us, we asked for a wine that costs 600/- they gave us a wine that costed 1600/- and then charged us for the same without informing us. 80% of the food was unavailable. They have us 1 knife when we asked for cutlery after 40 mins. We asked for tissues and they didnt give us anything. Amenities are okay, go only if you want to ruin your mood with lies and false behaviour. The staff lies to your face and gets away with it. Extremely extremely bad experience.

Hospitality not upto the mark, Wi-Fi was not working at all. Amenities mentioned were not servicable nor usable. Room service is not as fast. Ambience and comfort were decent.

Washroom don’t have the lock no privacy man!!!

One of the finest hotels at this cost!It is situated parallel to the highway and if you use maps you can reach the right way because the road systems are a bit confusing and are not constructed well.We booked a suite and the room was just perfect and at this price you wont get something like this anywhere, the amenities were above expectations, the rooms are a bit small bit if you are a couple it wont bother you much!The room service was great and they have amazing food and it isnt expensive, especially breakfast is what we loved the most, you do have both veg and non veg options, also you can order from restaurants from swiggy and zomato.You get hot water 24x7 and ac works perfectly and decor is pleasing.Receptionist Shankar was very kind and humble the entire time of our stay and also the one who was in the evening, i didnt catch his name though, but yeah also they gave us a good complimentary extension for checkout which is only as per availability, so we got lucky there!The only big issue which i would like the hotel to address is the bathtub leaks in the room 301 and the water starts flowing towards the bed which needs to be taken care of and there was no bathing lotion but we had our own so that didnt create an issue for us atleast, and that leakage if someone is unaware about, that would ruin the stay experience entirely.Overall anyday i would give 5 stars and definitely looking forward to visit again!

A new gem in Andheri East serving hookah/sheesha. A small yet a happening joint for smoking and bites. The taste of food is so amazing. We tried Mutton Seekh Kebabs, Malai Chicken Kebabs for starters and one of the few times where I enjoyed chicken more than the meat.For main clurse we had South Indian Fish Curryand Butter Chicken and both of them were indeed fabulous! Desserts and Beverages were also quite good.Loved this new joint near Andheri Station for hangouts with friends and family. A Must Visit! Cheers.

Good place and support staff

Its a good hotel but the hotel doesn’t help you with cab service. As in, if you need a cab, you’ll have to bank on only ola or uber. Very near to metro station and Hotel Leela. Food is nice and quality of rooms are also good. Value for money for economic stay. The location looks little interior but, its close to metro station and other major hubs around.

Superb Hotel with great staff Mr shankar and excellent service. During my stay while lock down I only did not get WiFi service.Rest everything was superb.

Lume restaurant I visited before Diwali. Neer from Andheri station arround 5mins away on bike . Very good place for food I experienced ! They customised my food Item according to my fast thats why giving 5 star :)Ps- Very impressive Infrastructure.

The rooms are not what you see in photos (HONEY TRAP) , AFTER ARRIVAL I WAS TOLD THERE IS NO OPTION FOR CHOOSING A ROOM DUE TO THE PLACE BEING OVERBOOKED.But then Room 1: AC leakage so I got shifted, Room 2: AC leakage and no fridge so again got shifted Room 3: Fridge not working, no ice and extremely bad experience of interacting with Mr. Manoj the hotel manager.ALSO MORE THAN HALF THE HOTEL WAS EMPTY AND I STILL WAS NOT GIVEN A CHOICE OF ROOMS. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

Basic room is too small. But is decent and nice.Superior room is amazing. In-room bathtub in continuing with a classy bathroom.View from the room is just fine. You wont see much but just the other biuldings around.Hotel location is the most convinient. Everything you wanna see in Bombay is nearby. Hotel food is not that great and it is expensive. Not worth the money.You can order from outside. Good thing about hotel is- they have another kitchen that serves from 12 am - 3 amThey have slow room service. You have to tell them twice or thrice. Hotel staff is polite. Room.

Rooms are decent in size. Food is good. Our guests stayed for two days during marriage function at home. They were comfortable. So overall we had a good experience.

However, the approach road is bad and difficult to locate.Not a very fancy hotel from outside.Rooms: They were clean and had a big bathtub in the centre of the room. That was quite odd. Just checked into this pathetic service hotel.The front desk manager is too rude and arrogant.Very hard to find this place. Based in a residential society.I must say there rooms are super small. Over furnished a small room. No space to even put your luggage You have to use beds.On top of allThere was some pesticide thing going on in the hotel while they were checking in customers.Room is having mosquitos and flies going around.On TOP LF ALL THE RUDE MANAGER ASKED ME TO CHECK OUT WHEN COMPLAINED ABOUT THE SERVICES

One of good hotels in the area, visiting Mumbai I booked this hotel according to the photos. The stay is very comfortable and homely. The road to reach the hotel is improper but its just 200 metres which works fine.The rooms are neat, the manager and staff is very calm and well talking. The size of room is small but easily manageable for 2 people.Overall a good place in Andheri area and lot of cafes nearby.

My friend has arrange here baby-shower in aureole banquet. So me and my aunt went to stay in this hotel only so that we wouldn’t have to face any other problem as we were new to the city. This hotel and it’s banquet both are very good. We enjoyed staying here. Also enjoyed her baby-shower party to the fullest. Food was amazing.

Affordable nice stay at Aureole hotel which is at Andheri east very near to western eastern highway metro station....Whenever i visit in mumbai I always stay here as the location of this hotel is in the good locality...You will find restaurant + bar inside the hotel...Also they have a swimming pool at the terrace which is very attractive...They only serve veg food...

Idea Staycation for mumbai people also , suite room with hammock and open bath tub is the best part . Also rooftop pool and Restaurnt with good food additional benefit.Location is the most important and interior ideas.One of the party room for small gathering is best specially private match and movie screening.

Beautiful rooms and clean bathrooms. Stayed there from 7-9th March and the hotel upgraded my deluxe room to suite room for free. The room was spacious, beautiful, clean, had a bathtub and very clean bathroom. The terrace swimming pool was a bit small but clean. service staffs were polite and cooperative. Only drawback was the buffet breakfast which should include more options. I definitely recommend this property and would love to stay again.

This hotel is very good to stay and i can say that with my own personal experience. I visited mumbai last week for my friends marriage and i booked this hotel. Rooms were clean, they provide all the services which is needed by one person. This hotel has swimming pool in it and also, the service was great. worth rating 5 stras.

I booked this hotel from trivago and this hotel is very good. It’ huge, we got corner suite. It was very comfortable. No unnecessary voice was there. The AC was working well. They have restaurant in-built in this hotel, the food of which was also amazing.

This hotel is very nice to stay at less price. I really felt good while staying here. They served me food which was tasty. They had so much good bathrooms in suites that I didn’t wanted to come out. I liked my stay here. I would like to recommend this to everyone.

There was Dampness at all the places in the hotel. Breakfast had hardly any options with cold tea. Bad location, inside a lane which has hundreds of potholes. The place was stinking. A big No No to go. Prices of a five star, facility of a third grade hotel. It has Good reviews because they are offering a free drink for those who give them one. Cheaters!
