Budget friendly hotel. But need to work on lots of things. Room was not clean. Tv, exhaust fan and even door lock was damaged. Two Star for good staff.

You can get cheaper prices here sometimes. But the amenities are bad. Rooms are dirty. The only benefit is that it is closer to international airport.

Nice service for affordable price

The room which i was staying was too small and dirty. My room no. was 3008 on second flood. I guess i was travelling alone thats why they gave me that room. I booked the hotel room via OYO app and the room they gave me was so different which i had seen on OYO app. So please guy check the room before check-in. Or ask them for a good room because they have got it. The only good thing the hotel has to offer is the food.

My stay was amazing here. Room was good. Ordered lunch, that was great too. For a business traveller, this is a great choice. Friendly and responsive staffs. 24hrs restaurant and international terminal is just 1.3kms away. But let me inform. Domestic terminal is 5.2kms away. But, they provide their own taxi and other transport facilities are good and nearby. Local autos and taxis are there in front of the hotels gate. Uber and ola taxis are available again and the landmark is Corporation Bank Sakinaka Branch which is just on the opposite side of the road. 400 meters walk can bring you buses that are available a lot. Sakinaka Metro Station is the nearest one and its roughly 3kms for hotel. Conclusion, this hotel is well connected, well maintained and good to stay.

Nice place.. Very close to international Airport easy to catch flight.. It was comfortable stay.. Educated and Experienced staff.. Food quality and food test is great.. I will recommend this hotel to my friends also.. Keep it up!

By looking at pictures provided in OYO and choosing this hotel, I would say DONT BELIEVE IN WHAT YOU SEE IN PHOTOS. OYO is mostly reliable, 3/5 times but this was one of the 2/5 times when OYO betrayed us. We chose a stay in Address inn, because - a. It was nearer to the airport; b. It LOOKED promising as per the money it was taking for 4 nights (rs.8400), but it sure wasnt the worth. The hotel is located in a lane, which has welding shops in the beginning, and then a chain of 3-4 hotels all together. Address inn is located in the end of the lane. We reached there and checked in, and I was impressed with the reception as it looked quite standard. This impression didnt last long when we were taken to see the rooms. The room that we were first allocated was a small and clumsy room, with very less walking space. It was different from whats shown in OYO app. We requested them to change the room according to whats shown in OYO but they said that the spacious ones have extra charges, which was clearly not mentioned in the app. The next day, we were offered another room with comparatively more space. So ofcourse, we changed the room, credits to our luck. Complimentary breakfast was good. House cleaning was good too. The bathrooms lacked proper water pressure. All in all, it was an average experience. Not worth the money. It might be because of the location that the rates are high, but in 8k for 4 nights you can get better than this.

Hotel Address in By OYO. Located in Andheri ...Backside of Mumbai Airport. Opposite Corporation Bank. Its not visible from main road easily as board on main road is also small. Take Google map help to find. Parking is available. Entrance passage to hotel is very narrow. From photos I have posted you will get idea of entry n hotel n parking. Surrounded with small Manufacturering units. There are two more hotels in same lane. This one is at the end. Staff is good. But rooms are very small. Food is average. Some one alone whi wants to wait for flight in budget hotel or take rest for night can prefer this hotel. I will not refer this one for family or single girls. My bedroom pillows were smelling. Want good experience. AC and TV remote wasnt working properly. Overall average hotel near Mumbai airport with low budget. OYO is loosing their brand reputation by occupying such properties, but more than than not maintaining their properties.

If you are looking for hotel near international airport I highly recommended. Very close to international airport, very cooperative and well trained staff.Room and washroom size is comparatively small, but no problem for a short stay. Had a pleasant experience here :)

My plane was late ,so missed my transfer flight. Had to book a hotel so choice this one, is hard to find at first as its advertisement is OYO ,went to the wrong hotel about 200 meters down to find hostle males starring at my female companion they couldnt speak English but came across aggressive.. we ended up finding the above hotel at the end of a dead end alley. Ther we met a young lady called somnbana I think it was.. she eased are worries and stresses with her warming smile and her good english . I know time at all she had us safe in a room and help us out alot..I can be a bit worrying in Mumbai as its not a tourist destination so u stand out alot .. its nice to have a welcoming face and someone to help you.. all the staff where friendly and got us a taxi back to airport when we needed it.. the room was cool and cold and comfy to sleep in. It was modern and clean with a restaurant on the roof .. thinks to all the staff that help us lost British travellers. Recommended if u need a safe place while waiting for a flight.9 mins from airport cost us 250 rupees ther and 300 back at 2am in morning

They dont even deserve one star. I was here during mandatory quarantine. This place is like a hell. There was a rat inside my room. These people purposely disconnected WiFi so that there should not be any contact with the outside world. They were forcing me to come to reception and talk infront of them. I also wanted to contact police. It was a complete dictatorship by them. Extremely horrific experience. The worst treatment by receptionist Amit Verma, Dwarka and also hotel owner is very rude.

The rooms are not that spacious, however, the staff is helpful and courteous. It can improve on professionalism as I asked for a wakeup call at 6:30 am, which I received at 7:30 am. Its a really good place in a small budget. Where else can you get decent and safe hotels for this price in Mumbai?Its proximity to international airport and sakinaka metro makes it a good place to stay.Ive been here a dozen times and almost all the times the stay has been worth.The hotel has good housekeeping, decent reception facility and good safety features.Rooms are in good condition, air conditioning is also pretty good.The only demerit of this place is the restaurant staff and the food. Sometimes the food is served cold and the morning breakfast buffet is also not very attractive.

Rooms in good condition, spacious. Staff was rude though. The way they asked questions about family was not with courtesy. I booked rooms with free breakfast considering buffet. They dont have restaurant or probably kitchen as well. They made me decide the breakfast order in advance, the previous night. In morning they served cold breakfast. I visited this hotel in February 2019 for my four day accommodation in mumbai. Entered the hotel and found that it has ample space as the reception was quite big. But as soon I entered the room provided by hotel staff, I was like this was the first time I am seeing this much small OYO rooms till now. There were very less space after the bed area. Washroom was also small and the force of water was too slow for bath and all. Breakfast was good and staffs were cooperative. The one good thing about this hotel is it is located very near to airport area.

This place do not have any window from that you can know that hows it feel to stay there in packed room. If you are from Gujarat than I bet that you will also not like any foods provided there as all of the sabji tastes same. Nearby area is also bad with lots of garbages on roadside. But it is nearer to the CST airport thats the beneficial.

Think twice before booking this hotelsl. Guys this is one of the worst staying experiance I had ever came across , dont get trapped there. The room was stinking and very small and the quality of food is third class over and above that the staff there is very much unprofessional and is very rude that you will repent booking a room there especially Ms Shabnam who claims to be the highest authorities when you talk to her. I booked this room through OYO and this lady extracted another RS.500 from my pocket citing the reason that child above the age of 5 is to be treated as an adult as per their policy. Other than that there was some issue which even Oyo sorted out that I dont have to pay but this lady was very rude and took that much amount since I was running short of time as I have to board a flight i had to make another payment of Rs.177 post that I approached Oyo through ratings and reviews I received a call from Oyo those people told me that they had settled that disputed amount yesterday only but other than apology mail and sorry statement from Oyo I had to Shell out extramoney which was not required.

The hotel looks big at the entrance but the rooms are not so big. Just okay enough. The service takes time. But overall a nice budget hotel if youre just staying for a day or two with friends.

Rooms do not have windows. The walls literally to speak. You can here people from neighboring rooms talking and moving around. The complementary breakfast is subpar. Looks very unhygienic. Starting from the reception lady who did my check-in was really polite & quick in process. The food department guy Anil made sure he gives me my order as per my requirements & I was really impressed.The room service was on call & there were no delays. Deepali, the day shift front desk lady was the cherry on the cake.

I booked this hotel through Oyo for my boss. It was because he had an early morning flight. His experience was horrible.“This hotel was indeed a let down. We must report and also avoid this hotel in future.Mainly the following:They had not changed the linen and when I was going to sleep, I found hairs of the previous occupant on the pillows!! The receptionist refused to accept that the linen was not changed. I insisted their seeing. After some time, two fellows came. When I showed them the hair on the ploows and the crumbled bed sheets, they immediately changed.The receptionist refused to let me enter the room till I show the confirmation no on my cell. I had called up the hotel from Bhopal at around 10 PM, as I was boarding the flight. The attending person confirmed that accommodation is booked. I wanted to know if anything else to be done. He ssaid nothing to be done, and I can straightaway come. I told him that the flight will land Mumbai at @ midnight and i will come after that and do not want any hassle as I need to leave the hotel at 3AM, to catch the next flight, and will have only 3 hrs to stay with them. He said you just come. But when I reached and showed by I card and the mail sent by you, he refused to allow me in till I had to call you anf get him to speak to you and get the no from you. This whole process took more than 35 mts and I was made to wait at the reception all this period, even without a seat to sit. Therefore they sent me to the room by 0115 AM. And the linen fiasco, as above, delayed my sleep by further half hour.The bath room was shabby and stinking.The bed room was clumsy and stinking. They sprayed extra dose of room freshner to overcome the stink, before I entered the room. This made it more messy and suffocating .There was no drinking water in the room. I had to call the house keeping and after 2 reminders it came.The receptionist, the house keeping staff and the attendant who brought water were all rude and lacking in even the remote sense of hospitality. The customers are made to feel as if they are unwanted guests. After tolerating the rude behaviour of the receptionist for 15-20 minutes, I told him politely that I am an IPS officer who served the country for 35 years and that he can trust me. But this made no change in his response.Henceforth do not book this or similar hotels. You can forward this info to the owner of the hotel if possible. I learnt he is some Mr. Sethi.

Its a nice place kitchen is good but lots of people had shown their discomfort for hotel. But I feel with such a low price its a nice place to stay its cheap and well connected with public transport. Moreover there are more 3 hotels in the same place.

I stayed at the hotel address inn (oyo 8872). Ihad booked a single guest room and the experience was very good. The staff was helpful and cheerful. The morning breakfast was very good. The cleanness was also to the point.

The lady present during the check-in wasn’t friendly enough which expected from a hospitality staff. Secondly, the room service staff forgot to get the KOT signed after bringing the food and realised it at 11:50 pm and kept ringing the bell. It was definitely not a pleasant gesture since it disturbed our sleep which was much needed after a long flight. Besides, the exhaust fan in the washroom wasn’t working and the tv remote was eating funny as well.

At first it was difficult to find as the name of the Hotel still shows as address Inn. Rooms, toilets ok. Showers not working and water pressure slow. Food is fabulous whatever we ordered was lovely.

When I arrived at 10.30pm they denied OYO online paid check in. They forced me to cancel the online check in and let me enter only after I paid via cash. So if you are booking online and traveling with family then be careful.

They had provided the dirtiest linen and even after complaint, the next linen was more dirty with the staff having a devilish smile to say you deserve such dirty linen. Nastiest stay of my lifetime

The hotel property is kind of okay. Clean but high on prices at times. Staff is polite but they need to work on professionalism.Rooms are too small and some come in weird pentagonal shapes. Expect noise in the morning. Dont expect sunlight in rooms, theres no window in majority of rooms. The day seems night when lights are off.Parking space is limited with an entrance too narrow for SUVs.

Pros:1. Looked great from the outside.2. Looks great in the pictures.Cons:1. Difficult to locate, especially at night. Its at the end of a dark alley.2. Rooms are small.3. This is very close to Airport Terminus 2 but you can hardly call it even a 2 star hotel. It is actually hidden inside a near slum area. Rooms are so darn small. Restaurant is nearly non-existent. Add Bad breakfast to woes. Choose this only if plan not to stay at room..and definitely not with family. Images can not tell you much about room sizes.But one notable thing is the helpful staff.

Comfortable and economical stay at just 5 mins away from mumbai airport. If you want to stay near airport this is probably the best option. Food is also good.

The Hotel at Local Machinery area.. and the persons who are check inn to this hotel, it is very difficult to find this location. The rooms are too small (it will be conjstive for double occupancy).The hotel management should require lot of improvements on How to behave with customers . During Buffet breakfast time , they not even offer a glass of water (unless you make twise request).. One good thing is that Wi-Fi speed is excellent and they do provide a free airport transfers after check-out.

Staff at the reception was not co-operative.. They took the complete amount during check-in & gave a very dingy room with fungus on the walls.. When asked to change the room.. they didnt respond well either.. Rooms are also very small with no ventilation.. not worth for the price..

This hotel is located at end of a dark alley. Its difficult to locate if you are visiting first time. Rooms are clean and bit smaller compared to other hotels. No chance for sunlight to enter the room whatsoever. Complimentary breakfast is just for name sake, suggest not to rely on it fully. Cooperative staff and room service is good. Online booking is suggested as the prices are higher if you walk-in directly.

One of the worst hotel i have ever been. Small rooms or should i say very small rooms. One need to climb on bed every time to reach other side. Restaurant was unhygienic and very dirty. I had complimentary breakfast but they give only idli and tea in package. Other things you need to buy. Idli was smelling and sambhar was no less than water. Tea was so bad. I couldnt drink it. I had 3 days reservation but i had breakfast only once, rest days i prefered to eat out. On my second day the lift stopped working hence you are forced to use stairs to climb up. I have pain in knee and would not suggest this hotel to people like me. My search for a good hygienic hotel in mumbai continues.

Its a three star hotel but the free breakfast which is provided here is of one star hotel. When you say you provide breakfast it should be of the same standards as your hotel.
