My experience with Privilege Inn was very good. Thr couches could have been more clean,The receptionist was very polite, coordinated my air ticket stuffs out of no requirement.

During pandemic situation,hotel somehow managed its services to the customers. breakfast options were very limited.

I only used their restaurant. We had a group over, everything was perfect. They have a common Indian Menu with non veg options mostly, they serve alcohol which is good. Staff is attentive and helpful.

The place is classy and situated just yards away from Infinity Mall. The rooms over here are spit and span, and the service is no. compromise. A good place to stay for all the corporates on a business trip. In the cafeteria below, all kinda of Celebrities pay a usual visit so dont forget to carry your selfie camera.

The restaurant is good but the rooms need maintenance. Also, the staff cleaned the room without prior permission or notice in my absence.

They have a wonderful manager and an amazing service, The manager was understanding and he made sure my guests were comfortable, Plus he made sure that the charges didnt occur in our case where my guests had to check out early. The room was quite good including the toilet and the little utilities which were taken care of for us. I will give them a five star for both the service and understanding.

I chose this because of the location as its very convenient for me. Otherwise there is nothing good about this place. All staffs are new. Property is undergoing some renovation. Fixtures in the rooms and bathrooms are old. My bathroom door was not getting closed. Its just a manageable hotel.

Privilege inn is one of the best hotel in Malad West area. Worth for money. Rooms are spacious and neat and clean. Nice Banquet Hall with good space. They are having a restaurant also, pride. Foods are very much delicious. Staffs are cooperative and well mannered. pickup and drop facility also available.

Cheap rooms if you are considering for a one night stay. Room amenities like minibar refrigerator, bedroom lights and tea/coffee making facility is not maintained properly and needs a timely fix. Bathroom amenities are upto the mark though. Housekeeping service is quick. Also, outside food is allowed. Some of the rooms are very old with stains, dust and chipped wall paint. Smoking & Non-smoking rooms should be differentiated strictly, since on my last stay the neighboring guests were smoking in the room and that caused my room to smell of smoke too.

Good hotel to stay..its on linkin road in malad West in chincholi bandar..borivali station is near by..but they do not provide advance booking directly..Also there is no uniformity of rates..inorbit mall and infinity mall are nearby places to shop in..juhu beach is around 10 km away from this place...and bands is around 15 km away...

First of all the location is the best as it is located on the link road and very near to Inorbit mall and many restraunts and pubs especially (5Spice & Jain subkuch). The room quality was fine as i was given an upgraded room. Though breakfast is limited and does not have many options but overall at a price offerred by Goibibo it is totally value for money.

Excellent place to stay with family at goregoan, very friendly atmosphere, inorbit mall at walking distance and most importantly NESCO is just 20 minutes without traffic.

We had booked Privilege Inn -Top Floor Hall for my daughters Engagement Ceremony on 17th August 2014. The Service was horrible. The service of soft drinks was almost not present. There were no pushers from my side and the Halls caterers took advantage of that. Hardly any one got to see the starters let lone taste it. The food quality was good but the arrangement was clumsy.The MOST HORRIBLE experience was with AC. It did not function at all. All our guests were sweating and fuming. The curses the guests uttered has no comparison. The Privilege Inn Management did not reduce a single rupee for all this dis-service. Please stay away from this place.

Hotel Management staff start is confused right from the reservartion guy to housekeeping boy... The moment I checked in they had no idea about my reservation...kept on asking me when did I make the reservation and after showing them the booking ID as well they were clueless. Atlast the things turned out and I got the room no but then room wasnt ready I mean cmon how could someone send their guest to untidy rooms even though reservation was made 3 days prior and we checked in at 2:30pm whereas the check in time is 12:00pm in this case there should be no excused given..... Location is good. A bit expensive hotel and if you are delayed in paying the hotel rent by one day then they will treat as if staying free, they will abuse you and will threaten. I had a very worse experience regarding payment despite of staying for a month and paying on time (was delayed in paying 4 days rent once in a month)

We had booked a hall over here for a wedding anniversary and the food came inclusive of the hall! They had a variety of options to choose from in the buffet and the food was quite good!However, its a small hall so its best suited for small events only.

This was my second visit at the hotel for jst one night stay. I booke the room 205, my check in was at 12 pm but i checked in at 10pm but the room was still not ready it was stinking and had very bad smell of cigrate smoking, when informed this to the housekeeping person his rply was vry rud saying that it is a smoking room, it it was a smoking room it should be informed, some1 who does not smoke will have to suffer, and on the other hand the complemantory brkfast was suppose to be sent in the room istead we wer asked to come in their restaurant if it was suppose to be that way it should be informed prior of booking, would never suggest PRIVLAGE INN to anyone.

I stayed a year before for 3K, for the same room this time I had to pay 5k.about hygiene please dont expect in this place, after you finish your water they collect it and refill in the restaurant for the next guests. the food that stinks like a ****.The manager claims that they buy new bottle for cooking and give that empty containers refilled to the guests for this comment I was like ROFL.unhygienic restaurant and rooms,no necessary toiletries provided, for oil or the moisturizer or the shaving razor you have to ask the room service in turn they say 20rs product as 200/- for getting you that from the outside.
