I was there for my quarantine period before my flight to france so I couldnt walk around much but still the room was nice with a great sea view and the food was yummy.

We visited JW Marriott Juhu Mumbai this weekend on the occasion of my birthday. Staff was very gentle and helpful. They gave us 2 cakes for birthday celebration. The room booked for ocean view top floor and view was just amazing 😍 Dinner and breakfast was included and it had lot of varities. Swimming pool was closed due to restrictions but if it was open then we would have enjoyed more. We really enjoyed our stay and would like to visit again.

On the Booking the first pictures you will see its amazing swimming pool. To be honest I choose this hotel because of it and private entrance to the beach. In reality it not like this at all! swimming pool was empty area around not in good condition and it works till 7pm only! So if you decide to stay on beach for sunset you cant back to hotel by private entrance and should make all way around. Not honest to use pictures to advertise your hotel in this way!

Just returned from MarriotMumbai. The purpose of giving my aged parents a memorable stay in from of ocean is ruined. Asked for full ocean view suite. Denied of any such thing. Then asked for full ocean view room. But on reaching were given partial view room that too after 2 hours wait. So be careful guys..while booking. They can be tricky and smart to get you into booking just for their business. Front desk botched up on complaining and then another guy covered for him. Rest the stay and food all as it is in any brand good hotels. Found nothing extraordinary. Sad

Situated at the prime location, the views of the sea from some of the suites are awesome. The breakfast was fantastic and tasty. Wide variety of options were present.If the lunch is included in your package then they serve it at lotus cafe.The stroll around the garden is good and also picturesque...

I had stayed in this hotel for a week, everything was perfect. In evening there is a buffet in the ground floor. Other facilities include in house gymnasium. It is well connected to the Juhu beach. Room service staff were commendable.

My stay was beautiful. Staff at Marriott were polite and pleasant. i was provide a beautiful room with great view that made my stay more memorable. I would be explore more of Marriott properties in times to come. Only one suggestion is that we have to wait for longer period to check in almost an hour. The rooms were nice with a splendid view to both the sea and the hotels garden and swimming pool. I would definitely rate the tasty food as the best among the hotels. JW managed an amazing spread even during lockdown when others have opted to reduce. It was a worthy experience and the staff was very courteous and helpful. The rooms were nice. Food was amazing. All in all, a very good family experience.

Its one of finest places in mumbai, what makes it super amazing in addition to its infrastructure and ambience is the hospitality and warmth extended by its staff. Loved our stay here! Great place to stay nearby the beach, Mumbai, and the airport. Breakfast here was very tasty and the options were perfect! We loved the live music and the staff! The pool is one of the best pools we have enjoyed in any Marriott. Rooms were clean and quiet. The beach was easily accessible, but recommend if you are going to swim that you swim in the pool.

We had a staycation for celebrating by wifes birthday at JW Marriott Juhu. The team arranged a complimentary birthday cake on our Arrival. We booked an Ocean View, King bed room and got upgraded to executive suite on a higher floor. Staff was well behaved and a good hygiene was maintained throughout. Food is a bit expensive, but we had Breakfast and Dinner as part of our package. Swimming pool was closed due to Covid, but you can visit the beach. Would love to visit in future for a weekend stay.

The bed in my room smelled of vomit/very old and wet shoes. Id booked an ocean facing room and when I got there, I could see the other wing from my bed. When I raised this, I was told that it was only a partial sea facing room., because the sea facing rooms were all suites only. Well, this should have been mentioned on the website- dont take your guests for a ride, especially in times like this.The only reason for the 3 star rating is the way a duty manager, Utkarsh, handled my complaint. He was courteous and listened to my complaint without making me feel as if I was in the wrong, which is what a lot of service providers do.

Indeed this place should be appreciated for the courteous staff and service they offer.. They even made special arrangements to prepare food for our 10months old toddler.. Good job guys. Keep this standard high as always

Post pandemic second wave has not been able to degrade grandeur, opulence and luxury of this great hotel classic hotel. I think they are also allowing a very competitive rate so my workshop organiser found it lucrative and really, it was to everybodys benefit, I must say. First, accommodation. This is my fourth visit. I saw double accommodation a littleless huge. Also I didnt like their wash room system which operates without lock and you drag from two sides the room gets big but you see commode and bathroom. Is it a great idea? Dont know. Then the window; they are sealed as usual but the outer side of outer glass panel, why it should be so unclean? Signature of pandemic? I dont even remember how was it last time.Breakfast is complimentary and like most five star they lean so heavily on variety of Indian sides that their international look seemed missing. Strange you have sausage, ham and one mild fish and chicken, of course there were cold cuts. But I think paucity of international customers is the reason. Overall goodness prevails.

My family and I enjoyed a buffet dinner at Lotus Cafe. One of the most diverse menus Ive seen, with a variety of items your tongue would love to explore but your stomach wont let. The view from the Titanics famous double steps leading from the foyer to the restaurant is breathtaking. Above all, they are prepared to accommodate any particular requests, such as jain or vegan diets. Even at the end of the day, the staff and chef were responsive and eager to serve.

We booked Ocean view room and guess what? we were upgraded to Club premium room with excellent view.The bathroom was just amazing! a real big one!Staff was courteous and well-mannered. Food quality was too good!Overall a superb stay! Nothing as such! the only thing we wanted more was access to beach early mornings....but the start time was 7 AM.. which was very late.

Horrible service. Firstly the hotel doesnt take reservations for stay directly. I was in the hotel and they bluntly refused for reservation. At the JW call center some operator who could barely understand and speak English was helping with reservation. I was given a room which I did not ask for, it was a lower category. I was given the room at 3pm. Then later when I complaint this wasnt the room I have booked. They took forever to shift me to another room. They expect me to wait for the entire day after paying such a huge amount.Absolute waste of money and time.

The hotel is grand and gorgeous. The interior as well as exterior of beautiful, elegant and old school. The food here is costly but tastes pretty good, they also have open restraurant and buffet available for outsiders. Its good and with the money if you want to enjoy a grand and luxurious place. It has a beautiful garden and swimming pool, you can also enjoy sea view from the garden. The rooms here are pretty decent and all rooms have great sea view. The staff is also very cooperative and helpful.

The food is not great out here... Specially as compared to Courtyard Marriott, Andheri. Location and the views are good. Room size is also average and not very spacious as compared to other newer properties.

I have stayed in the hotel for 10 days in May 2021 and again for 10 days in June 2021 while I was in Mumbai for office work. The hotel ambience and rooms are nice but the service is worse than some cheap lodge. You need to repeatedly call for every small thing, the staff keeps you waiting for hours and is eventually be unable to attend to your requirements. Every single thing about the service is haywire and haphazard. Its best to avoid staying here.

One of the best hotels in the city, it’s always a great experience to visit JW Marriott – be it for dining, brunch or to attend events, and even to stay. The staff is super polite and helpful. The entire property is super spacious. Be sure to book rooms overlooking the ocean.The service sometimes tends to be slow. Like, for instance, I was stuck outside my room when my card decided not to work. I waited for help to arrive and 10 minutes later I had to walk down to the reception to get the card fixed. Also, the Club Lounge was super crowded and I had to walk away and settle with a drink from the minibar.
