Its no doubt one of the best residential areas of Powai. It provides a peaceful life to its residents which is very difficult to find in this hustle bustle of Mumbai. Its filled with various amenities for leisure and marvelous gardens for all age group. The residential complex is filled with greenery.There are few problems with this complex too which doesnt make this place perfect. The place requires regular maintenance which is provided but still not at the level it needs. The place though private isnt really private as it has several entry/exit points.

Nahar Amrit Shakti is the biggest township in Chandivali area. There are various complexes within the township. The most recent one is the R12 sector wherein there are 22 towers having 2 to 4 BHK rooms.Most unique feature of this R12 sector is its ample open space which you hardly get in Mumbai suburbs these days. There are quite a few play area for children in the complex wherein children of all ages enjoy various play equipment. There are quite a few jogging tracks and cycling tracks where you often get to see many children enjoying skating, cycling and skateboard within the complex!!The upcoming clubhouse in the centre of the complex is going to be one of the biggest clubhouse provided by any builder within the complex so far!!The gardens in the open area are well maintained and there is ample parking space for each family of the complex!Location of the complex is also good having many schools and hospitals nearby.

One must be wondering why have I given 3 stars to such highly rated property by others. When I visited it first time last week, I found this building one of the best built ones and well organized. Superb parking facilities, a rare in Mumbai, good interior quality of homes with all possible facilities.But the biggest problem is finding basic amenities outside of it. I had to buy very basic grocery item for which I had to walk almost 800 meters and all I found was 6/7 village style shops. They had brands which I never heard of.Building great homes is one thing, ensuring the localities around it is another thing and critical thing. One might agree that everything can be ordered online, like I was told, but no one will take your order of 1 mustard oil and 3 bottles of mineral water at 9:30 PM.Not just this one, this is applicable to many such localities in Mumbai where builders are just keen on creating a concrete jungle but not an ecosystem around it.

Apartment plans quite bad. Construction work throughout the year. Even on buildings that have been completed a while back the parking area is a mess. Access road is a complete mess. Slums all around. Club house in a dilapidated state. Dont know why anyone would pay a premium.

A neat, quiet patch in an otherwise dirty, noisy Bombay. Beautifully located next to Powai lake and Hiranandani, an ideal place to settle down.

Its an amazing place to live your life ,with greenery and style . Children also love to play out here with their wave board, skates etc.

Heaven after you reach. unreliable builder on maintenance. charging two types society and federation. He does not hv plans to hand over federation to societies. Great club house in video not yet on for last 5 years.

Good place to stay. Even though the builder is unreasonable and unreliable (especially Rajesh Yagnik), the proximity to Hiranandani makes this place worth while.I would recommend buying, but negotiate very hard. They are running surplus and Flats havent been sold. Be care of their timelines and internally messed up processes. Known to upset people.
