Pathetic service, Rude Manager - Its been several times in six month we have been ordering food from Taipan, Chicken lollipop is always half cooked, I tried to share a genuine feedback to the staff and manager Yogesh but He was very rude and did not want to listen to my feedback and disconnected the call. ***Order food at your Own Risk***

It is one of the best bakery. I am having no hesitation in giving this bakery a 5 star. The bakery’s location is very prime and literally everybody loves the rotis, the pavs, the samosas, the pattice and much more. Biscuits and brownies taste awesome with the evening tea!I personally liked the staff very much. As there was an incident when i forgot my wallet at home accidentally and went there to take a loaf of bread. I ordered the bread and started searching for my wallet and unfortunately realised that i had forgotten it at home and asked them that do they accepted payment from gpay or paytm. The staff named MR TRIPATI was soo kind that he gave me the bread and told to pay me the money afterwards even without knowing me or taking my cell phone number . ! This is humanity and he told me “Seth baadmein de dena koi baat nahi aap bhul gaye ho”This reflects the staff members and this also reflects how good the owners might be. #RESPECT !Thank You !

Pathetic service on call, they are unresponsive and are uninterested in business. When I called they put my phone on the side and muttered something like, Ye toh parcel mang raha hai isiliye main phone nahi uthata hu. Then somebody else started speaking to me and said sir abhi nahi hai aap bad mein call karo. Lol. Thank you I will happily take my business else where.

It was a perfect bakery with good taste but post lockdown the quality is been horrible. The chicken in sandwhich smells which caused health issues and even the paav were stinking feeling its a day before cooked. This the 4th time i have faced the problem.I was a regular customer here but after the incedent i would never visit again.

Earlier once and today again found egg shell in there Plum cake. That shows their cooks/s are very much careless and also reflects their hygiene level in the kitchen. Keeping in my the name earned after these many years must lose because one or two person/s.

The kebab items are amazing. And the price is also good. To make the order its usually takes 15-20 min.. everything is fresh n healthy food

Will get everything regarding bakery products, and also those who are interested in tandoori khana will like the place.

Tried the reshmi kebab barbeque which was quite good, will try other stuff too. There was chutney however there was no salad.

Ordered food from this place via UberEats. Got half butter chicken, paratha and mughal roti.Butter chicken had lot of chicken and flavor was good.Mughal roti was huge. More than a 12 inch pizza. Taste was decent and difficult to bite.Paratha was like 10 inch pizza. Taste was good and comparatively softer.

Ok ok food good kebabs they have a limited list of items but whatever they have is ok ok I had burra chicken kebab which was good and mutton keema pav which was ok ok they have takeaways and free delivery only.good place for cheap eats

Had ordered for 20 samosa for distribution in niyaz and requested timely delivery and individual packaging with extra charges.However the delivery was an hour late as somosa was not ready. Also the person refused to pack inspite of confirmation while taking order and my constant request.The manager and staff is dam rude andpathetic behaviour towards customers. Pathetic staff . Also no hygiene and precautions against covid as manager qas without mask talking me. He was even scratchinh his head and touching the samosa and stuff while packing. Over all a Pathetic experience for me.

The place has many differnet variety of breads and other things and it serves non-veg bakery products also.

Ordered chicken Barra tandoori. Turns out it is boiled chicken in semi gravy, which has not seen the tandoor. Only thing good was the green chutney served with it. Maybe there are better items on the menu but not this.

Roshan bakery! Situated in Mazgaon is an amazing outlet where one can grab from fast foods like chicken burgers to veg burgers, White chicken puff, veg puff and also some main course item such as butter chicken, chicken handi, garlic naan etc. And yes they never compromise on their food quality! Whenever you buy it, it’s always on point! Also it’s bakery products like biscuits, puffs, breads etc. are always fresh crispy and tasty. Do visit this place for finger licking taste.

The worst organisation that can possibly exist. You call for Taipan and it connects to Roshan Bakery. I am sure the owners know of this issue.The managers on call say out loud that roshan mein kyu call kar rahe hai log isiliye phone nahi uthata hu.The person then goes on to put me on hold for a min just to tell me to call again later.

Its extremely useless workers have no manners to talk to customers they are extremely rude no service sense at all customer service would be minus. They are extremely commercial as well when u ask them to give u bread they will first offer a big bread even if u want a small one just so that they get enough money also both the bread size also doesnt vary much. Workers need to learn to talk to customers too real bad experience would never ever go there as a customer and wouldnt recommend anyone as well

Good food and Highly follow higiene

Overcharging on packed goods like Maggi and Amul butter. Was charged 10rs extra on butter and 20 rs extra for Maggi.

Only a trafitional bakery once upon a time. Visit them now to avail some quick bites like a sandwich, a roll, or some good croissant. Latest addition to this 100 year old bakery are the grilled rolls and a new restaurant serving some great parsi delicacy.

Great place, with clean bread and good quality chapati.Affordable prices and quality products. The place has also started its own Roti division that makes huge rotis. Staff may seem grumpy but they are a pretty decent bunch.

Kebabs look good but extremely unhygenic ways of making and serving. Please avoid.

Traditional bakery. butter chiken with rumali rotis was divine from here. mava cakes were traditional and awesome. one can order from swiggy as well.

Dont order thru online, service is pathetic, Two times i recieved my order in a bad condition, all biscuits, cookies were crushed completely sent to me by roshan bakery. It clearly shows the carelessness and value towards customers order. Not recommended.

Quaint Irani Bakery with decent Non - Vegetarian fast food options.Good quality cakes, cookies, biscuits and light and fresh multigrain breads.It also has an Irani Food Menu. It is worth checking out atleast once.Vegetarian options are limited. All cakes have egg in them. Irrespective of the Zomato menu.Butter Khari is very fresh and recommended. Whole wheat khari is just colour change, so no real advantage in buying it.

Overall a good place. We get a variety to eat and drink... There are cakes, pastries, etc. Good veg and non veg food to eat. Nalli nihari there is a must eat item...... We also get different types of roti along with bread such as the tandoori roti.
