The cakes here are stale, I’ve seen the same items sitting for days. Also, the owner refuses to follow covid protocols. I do not recommend going here as it’s unsanitary and unhygienic

The cakes are of so many flavours as per the customers expectation and the rolls are of so many types which are also having so many different types in non veg and veg and at very low price even the service is so good

They confirmed my order on Whatsapp n did not gave me cake when I arrived at their outlet on the given time saying they did not receive any order and wasted my time on an important day. Guy who was responsible for this disappointment was RAHUL SARVODAY. He back answered me n did not even apologize inspite of his fault. Dont believe on their words.... they cannot be relied upon for online advance orders.

Very unprofessional. Had asked ordered a cake for midnight celebrations, when I went to pick up, they said they gave it away as we thought you wont come. They didnt do a call to confirm. And on top they say its your fault you should have called again, seriously. Instead of making celebrations better they spoiled it. Had to run here and there to find a cake at night 10. Not happy.

One of the best cake shop available in poonam nagar. The shop is little difficult to notice from the street.Today I purchased 5 pastries from here cost me around 256 INR. The shop is available with all kinds of cakes, pastries, donuts, wafers, muffins.The staff is friendly. All kinds of debit cards accepted.I have purchased pastries for my in laws they are happy with the taste.

This shop named as Ribbons & balloons is located in Poonam Nagar under A wing of the Poonam Vihar. The shop serves cake, pastry ,daughnuts etc.The staff in the shop do no show belongingness to the shop /business. Staff to not explain the quality product the have . One has to search the list of the item displayed in the shop.There is no sitting place . Just grab yr piece & eat in the open space of the Poonam​ Vihar A wing. Eating in open just at the entrance of the building create hurdle to inmates passing by.

I had been to the shop yesterday,as it was a special day for my daughter. I had written the message and her name in block letters to be written on the Cake. The owner was just woken from sleep by the helper to do the needful. Even after giving him the message in writing, the zombie guy spoilt the cake. With spelling mistakes and his shabby handwriting. Pls avoid
