First Of Alll big name of Merwans cake the attender was not at all giving is attention I told him to give Chocolate cake instead of given Redvelvet cake and See the packing how they give. We also ask them to provide bagh.Not at all happy with Merwans and Never gonna come again. Monginis and other local cake shops provide bags . Worst Merwans

The cakes that i ordered were really value foe money. The quality was superior And affordable. The only problem i faced was that i wanted to gift it and it could not be reached by both Swiggy and Zomato

The first thing is that the attendent is not paying attention to the customer, and then he puts the cake in such a bag that as soon as he came out of the door, the handle of the bag broke and the cake fell in the gate, then the attendant came and tied the bag without giving another bag. Gives it up again, that cake were completely spoiled

They lost the three stars for absolutely arrogant staff on the counter. They need to be trained for good customer service. Otherwise the food products are amazing and have good value for money.

Well honestly I didnt expect it to be this good, a lot of varieties of cakes, veg and non veg both. The ambience is very lively, expect crowd because of the demand this place is in. This bakery is a bang for a buck without compromising on a quality. That is why there is fourth star. For making high quality bakery products affordable to majority.

Definitely the only place to think of when Cake is on your mind... For the month of December its open even on Thursday. The place is well located near to Dadar station. Cakes are delicious & fresh. All food items sold are healthy & at reasonable price.

When it comes to great tasting cakes at affordable prices, Merwans is an institution.Be it a birthday, anniversary, or just another Saturday, pastries and cakes from Merwans are the way to go.Merwans has one of the best quality fresh cream for cakes. The cakes are never overly sweet but are always full of flavour. Im pretty confident that every flavour is great but my recommendation would be the Chocolate Crackle.

Merwans have certainly made a big name of themselves and are one of the top cake makers today.They are offering variety of flavoured and customised cakes.They have opened plenty of branches in Mumbai and are growing.Other than their rich delicious mouthwatering cakes & pastries, they also sell puffs, breads, buns, cookies, veg/non-veg pattice n rolls, soft serves, smoothies, iced tea, thick shakes & hot beverages.This shop at Dadar West is one of the oldest and my personal favourite.

Staff behaves arrogantly and have incomplete knowledge about the products they sell. Poor customer service.Staff needs to be trained.Question of the customers are never answered properly.

Merwans centre in Dadar really worst staff and customer service. Amature young kids appointed as staff,have no manners. I requested them photo album for 3d cake,they made me wait for 5 mins making me shifts places.Then they even said bad things about the head office (head office are very late in sending reply for 3d cake approval).They are not aware for whom they are working.I really like the taste of merwans but the staff made me change my mind.They are arrogant coz they are only one centre in vicinity.

When I asked for carry bag for the cakes coz I didnt carry one, the sales person rudely said NO. The 1 star is only for the cashier who had some courtesy to keep those cakes in the bag and give it to me. But then, he also asked me to bring carry bag next time. Even that was bit rude.

Since its yet another Merwans, of course the cakes here are affordable and exemplary. Not to mention the other sumptuous baked items. But the reason I am giving 3 stars is because:-1. I found less variety here than compared to its sister shops.2. The staff here is exceptionally RUDE. I am presuming that they simply take the fame of the shop for granted.

Good cakes variety

The bakery is a childs delight and beware, the array of cakes & pastries can trigger childhood emotions in anyone. Also value for money which means you can eat to your hearts content & yet not shed too many notes from your pocket. The only suggestion I would have for them is to arrange their items in a manner that every counter at the store can both bill for and get your items backed. Avoids distressing the customer.

The patties rolls and puffs from here are simply awesome. And they get finished lightning fast. They keep in bringing trays n trays but all very over within minutes.The cakes and pastries are also very good

Its one of the best place to get delicious cake. In these place it gets lots of varieties of cake ie veg and non veg. These both are very good cakes where taste is Incerdible. Along with cake various pastry are available which is also good to eat. Must try Non Veg whose cost is 16-20 rs but its spicy and tasty to eat.There are many varieties of rolls chicken tikka rolls,peri peri rolls etc. Mawa cake is too sweet that feel to again and again. Khari, butter also best.

This outlet of Merwans gives you the experience of worst ciustomer service you can ever have in your entire life. The staff is totally mannerless and has unnecessary attitude. The staff is not trained to handle customers and behaves arrogantly as if they are selling the products for free. The cakes are not tagged with price and flavour. If enquired they answer rudely without giving proper information. They get irritated with the enquiry and do not offer helping hand. They are the only outlet of Merwans in the vicinity and therefore has this arrogance. The principals of Merwans should carry out a mystery customer drive at this outlet and check it for themselves the arrogance and unnecessary attitude of the staff at this outlet.

It has a nice variety of cakes. You get Butter cream and regular cream cakes and pastries. Butterscotch is a flavour liked by many. You get delicious Puffs too.

Amazing food and cakes. The chicken in white mushroom sauce = Must try. Cakes are always fresh and all the food stuff too. They also have a replenishment zone where you can drink juices, ice teas etc

The taste is good but the staff and service is very bad. Poor service. Disgusting staff. They dont know how to talk to their customers. It started with 20rs note that we were paying to them. My note is in good condition still they were not accepting it. And the lady at counter started shouting on us. We are disappointed with it. And never go there again as I was the regular customer of merwans.

Fresh cream cakes!! Always fresh!!! Chicken buns and rolls are great! Everything sells as soon as it comes to the store so make sure you visit at the times when orders arrive for larger quantities.

Merwan cakes, prices, rolls, etc., are very good. Not to forget their mawa cakes. This shop is conveniently located but low on space and staff. Also, it quickly runs out of stock, and the staff is not exactly courteous. The lack of space and staff dulls the experience. Weekly off is on Thursday.

Today i purchased a cake at around 10.15 pm. ...and when i came home from merwans i noticed , one of the 4 toppings was missing and the side of the cake piece was missing ...immediately i came back to mewans to return it but till then it was closed..I m a regular customwr but thhis time i had a vry bad experience and they didnt gave me the bill👎👎👎👎 dadar gokhle road mewans👎

Not at all happy with the service very bad experience with dadar merwans shop. They dont have variety in 1 kg as compared to half kg. staff was not coordinating properly. One more things if you buy a cake please carry bag with you. They charge 20rs for carry bag. Worst experience dont want to visit again.

Nice cakes n very good varieties available... but one thing disappointed me. I placed an order a day before n paid too. when i went to take back my order they gave me just a cake in box without a bag. I asked for a bag n they asked for 25 Rs more... luckily i had that much ammount at that time so i could buy it... else they asked me to carry the box in hand. I agree the plastic banned thing but 25 Rs for that fragile bag was toooo much. This disappointed me a lot. And also their attitude was like if wanna take ur order, take it else leave. Not at all respect for customers. I really like their cakes but this incident was really not appreciable.

Product is very nice and so testy. but in store shop seller (service staff ) is very third class they do not tell answer any question .plz look at this staff and handled merwans image in mind of general people.
