Food from here received in Parcel was stale!! The best before date was tried to be strike off on purpose so it will go unnoticed!! The pastry tasted sour and was stale too! Never ordering from this place again!!

Earlier had good experience so decided to order pineapple cake for Birthday of family member. Received spoilt cake (stale and pineapple was bitter). As we were in midst of birthday celebration didnt realise it much. Next thing we knew a few family members started throwing up.Please beware of ordering fresh cream cakes.

Ordered Mothers special Rasmalai cake but nothing was special in it, average taste.Cake was ordinary and no taste of rasmalai in it.I was expecting rasmalai in the cake but it had only topping of rasmalai.

Poor service. Low customer understanding. We have ordered customise cake and what we got is not having any relation with what we wanted. This people do things as per their understanding customer satisfaction doesnt matter. They have spoiled our complete theme. Will never ever visit again this shop.

I ordered Eggless fresh Pineapple cake for home delivery on 4.8.2020 around 9pm, cake was rotten, bad odour, stale cake ( cream on outer layer was cracked as you can see in the picture posted ). How can hangout cakes pack such food and parcel for delivery !!! Shameful hangout cakes. I am writing this because the food(cake) you supplied should be in dustbin instead of being our order. I have ordered a birthday cake. While delivery time i got broken cake in between and this is second time and response is ridiculous not even bothering after a complaint.

On my birthday I got a cake as a gift from my friends. I was eagerly waiting for the cake . My friends send a eggless pineapple cake from Hangout but on my birthday I was very much upset because the cake was stale. The cake was totally spoild. We didnt eat it. Very bad experience.

I have been regularly ordering cake from this place for some of the event at my office and it has never let me down. These Veg. cakes are super duper yummy and value for money. My boss always appreciates me for ordering these yummy cakes always and credit for the same goes to you guys..Firends you should definitely try cakes and enjoy with your family and friends..Check out the pics for more details.

Hangouts is one of the oldest cake place in town they are famous for how they make such delicious cakes and pastries which are vegetarian too!! if you are planning to try out this place i would totally suggest to not only try their pastries and cakes but also their tarts which are equally good.

Horrible cakes the rasmalai cake I ordered yesterday and was all sour taste such a shame I had taken for someone’s birthday can’t even reach their number...

Offers a better variety of cakes ...not very expensiveAccepts all payments methods ...so thats a plus!!

They sold item of MRP 219 at Rs 329 (delivery charges extra) ..this is cheating.

Though not much on variety but they serve well what they serve.We tried one of their lip smackig cupcakes:Fluffy and moist, these buttery red velvet cupcakes are a delight. The tangy cream cheese frosting puts them over the top!Final words: worth a shot!!

Ordered from swiggy. They removed the expiration date from the pack and they have sent me rotten bread with fungus. Using the current lockdown situation to make money by selling people old items as they know no customer service is opened !

Worst experience ever. I ordered their cake online and clearly passed on the delivery instructions about the msg on cake and still got the cake without a msg. Why would someone order a cake without msg? Also, they dont have a working number on which one could call.

Worst customer service.. Had ordered Bday cake today and they promised to deliver it by 11 pm.. The cake arrived after 12 30 am.. the name on the cake was wrong and the delivery boy was fighting when asked why he delivered late.. DO NOT TRUST THEM FOR YOUR DELIVERY OF ORDER.. Ordered chocolate surprise cake through swiggy..Felt like cake was 7-8 days old n smells very bad..don’t order n don’t waste your money..
