Toy that any one will love it is delightful. I love visiting this place. One of the best branch of hamleys is in infinity mall malad West. Another u can find in oborai mall. And u can also find hamleys in the airport. Mumbai Airport. Domestic and international both. If you dont get time to visit this malls u can definitely check them out in the airport itself.

Decent place good toys premium quality for new born and 4+years old

Good quality toys but I find it expensive.like they have 70% off yet one dont feel worth it. For a simple finger toy costs 2100 and after discount its 630 rs! Dont feel like sale!

EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE . Went there to purchase a toy car my brother which he had seen online. But when i entered the store the sales executive said that we werent Allowed to enter in store, i dont know what that sentence meant since there were other customers already present inside the store. I think what it meant was that i wasnt dressed rich enough. And we were all wearing masks so it wasnt an excuse. The store must be ashamed of employing such useless people which are nothing more than a liability.

Very disappointed recently when we bought a magic pen colouring book which lasted only 4 pages out of around 20 or so pages. For a brand like Hamleys to sell such poor products is not expected. The saddest part was my daughter had saved up money to buy this gift.

The store is smaller as compared to Hamleys in other malls. The sales staff was very helpful. However it took me over 15 mins to get the invoice printed after making the payment. Might be a one off case. Overall satisfactory.

More oriented towards kids, than to collectors.Place has a good collection of marvel legends and a decent transformers collection.Many other toys are also available. Toys ranging from soft toys, drawing boards, musical toys, story books, cycles, remote toys, puzzles, dolls to marker/sketch pens, pencils, etc...You will find it all here.. though they are high priced as compared to local market!!The location is also prime location in Suburb Mumbai.located on the link road, its easy to find as well.
