Best store for imported items. Best quality vhocolates available at affordable price

Helpful staff and get good imported stuff at discounted prices

Most of the prices are hyped. Unless you know the original price and you point it out, they’re going to try and charge you with an unusually high MRP. Imported items are spoiled inside and are still in date! I don’t think any item would get affected by heat in an air conditioned mart. Highly disappointed.

Great place for imported stuff at best rates

Its a medium sized store but not many things are available as claimed in many YouTube videos. Im going to explain +ves and -ves as following :*Positive Points -1) Good store for a change.2) You can get some Japanese and Thai products here.3) Dates are of good quality.4) Store Boys are there to help you.5) Cakes and Traditional sweets are available here.6) Dry fruits are available.7) Discount from 10Rs to 150Rs on most of the products.(Not on all products)8) Variety of frozen food - Veg & Non Veg.9) Variety of chocolates.*Negative Points -1) No Covid norms followed inside store. Casheir & helpers were without mask and gloves. No temperature check before entry.2) Crowded in evening. (Prefer going in afternoon)3) No Proper GST bill. I visited this store 3 times, I got GST bill only once. Otherwise they did just sum of MRP on paper and gave it to me. It reflects tax avoidance.4) On many products, Information wasnt available in English which suggests that many products are (imported through) from Grey Market. We should not encourage products from grey market.5) Dont expect it to be a big Mart like D-Mart or Big Bazaar or Reliance or Natures Basket. Its just a medium sized store with some extra imported items. Many products you get here, you can get them in local store too or in some Big Mart. Most of these products in Copain are available in Crawford Market too.6) Prices on website (online) are bit higher than store.

I love this store and they have alot of stuff which I would love to explore but the reason why I am giving it 3 stars is because the staff there makes me really uncomfortable, they keep following you and watch your every move which seriously makes me feel like I am doing something wrong. I’ve visited this place several times and this happened all the time. The other day I went to buy some Ramen noodles and the girl (staff) literally came and stood beside me, watching me as if I was gonna steal something... all I was doing is looking through the variety of noodles but the girl kept following me. I really wanted to buy some chocolates and look through everything, in short I wanted to shop peacefully but the staff really made me uncomfortable, it was very creepy.

Bad experience. Got a packed product which when opened was spoil. However when shared concern at shop, they were on point, opened good arent returned. Common sense, how will customer get to know until they open the packet. Not worried about money, such attitude hurts more. No guarantee if product are safe or expired.

It has many varieties of food products like honey, coffee, soft drinks and even they provide cosmatic items. I specially buy WOW Shampoo and WOW facewash, with nice discount. Even they have varities of dates, and dry fruits I can say its all rounder shop I just love to shop with Copain save mart. I had an uncomfortable experience at this place. Also I was creeped out by person continously following me as if I am gonna steal something. Its an ordinary store.The mini nutella jar was very cute so i just picked it up. I heard ladys voice from behind saying Its for 135.
